The agents were extremely helpful and courteous, and the property exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was beautifully displayed and carefully attended. All breakfast items were fresh and delicious.

Breakfast was great with plenty of selections and our room was very spacious and clean every day. Staff was very nice and friendly. The location was good, only 5-minute walk from Sapporo station. We strongly recommend this hotel. It was one of the best hotels that we have stayed at. A lot of information was in English, too.

Welcoming staff, clean modern rooms, great library/lounge area to hang out in with drinks, snacks and books to read. Online check-in was easy, and even got a pop up notification at the check-in booth letting me know I got a package delivered there. Excellent place to stay opposite a Lawsons and easy walk from Sapporo Station. Would definitely stay there again.

We LOVED this place. It has a “library” theme in the common areas, which really do feel like being in a beautiful public library. It has coffee and tea available all day, with “sweets” time (free Hokkaido cookies) in the late afternoon and cocktail hour in the early evening. It also has the most *amazing* breakfast buffet, with dozens of different dishes emphasizing local Hokkaido dairy products and beef. We were here for two nights and the breakfast dishes were different again on the second morning. The room was great too, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and location was convenient to the station and to central Sapporo. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn. The staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was exactly as described. The open space on the second floor was really pleasant ans relaxing. We look forward to staying there again in the future!

I feel the bedding blankets are not really clean. I feel uncomfortable with both the pillow and the bed sheets. The refa shower head is great and the hair dryer is good as well. In the mid night, I asked if the staff can get me some ice as I feel that I am having fever. They cannot understand English at all and finally I gave up.

Convenient location from the Sapporo train station to take JR line to and fro airport directly, and bus terminal is right outside the train station for day trips’ meeting point. Hotel room is good sized for solo traveller and comes with bath tub. Self-service to coffee/water/ice machine located at reception level. Lawson convenience store is right cross the traffic junction to pick up snacks.
