El hotel está bastante apartado, en la montaña con una carretera no muy buena pero el entorno es precioso, la comida riquísima y a buen precio y hay mucha tranquilidad. Si vas a Sofia y alquilas coche necesitas que el hotel tenga aparcamiento o comprar un sim búlgara porque es la única opción de pagar la zona azul y verde, no tienen parquímetros.”

“A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.”

For those who are intimidated by a luxurious hotel, this may not be the first choice, but for those who want a nice place on a reasonable budget, this is definitely a reasonable option.”

For guests who cannot consume gluten, this means that they cannot have a proper, satisfying breakfast. No alternative choices are provided apart from these five predefined breakfast sets.
