Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, einen tollen Blick auf den See. Falls man keine Treppen steigen kann, etwas beschwerlich, liegt schön am Berg. Leider hört man immer die Autobahn, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt. Zum See muss das Auto genommenen werden.

Oldukça iyi bir misafir karşılama, taleplere anında çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım, tertemiz bir oda, leziz bir kahvaltı ve sessiz sakin doğayla iç içe bir ortam. Ben eşimle sadece bir gece kaldım ama inanın ki bir kaç gece daha konaklamak isterdim. Ailenizle gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz. İlla ki bir eleştiri getirmem gerekirse de sadece tavsiye niteliğinde olabilir; balkonlar arasında ki paravanın tamamen görüşü engelleyecek şekilde kapalı olarak dizayn edilmesini tercih ederdim. Bunun dışında içinizde hiç şüphe kalmasın, Sapanca’da ailenizle gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz.

Sakin & Keyifli

Hafta sonu için sakin bir konum arıyorduk. Bu yüzden büyük işletmeler yerine butik bir mekan tercih ettik. Burada manzara, sakinlik çok iyi. Arda Bey işletiyor. Karşılaması, müşteriyle iletişimi ve dürüstlüğü bizim aklımızda kalan özellikleri oldu. Şehirdeki aktiviteler yemek mekanları gibi konularda aydınlatıcı bilgiler verdi. Odamıza projeksiyon getirdi tüm dijital uygulamalardaki üyeliklerle birlikte. Çay-kahve vb. İkramlarını da es geçmedi. Kader Hanım, sıcak ekmeğimize kadar düşünülmüş şekilde restorana girdiğimizde kahvaltıyı hazırlamış oluyordu. Temizlik konusunda da geçer not aldılar 👍 kış olduğundan havuz kapalıydı ancak şömine-havuz-göl manzarası birlikte keyifli bir atmosfer oluşturdu. Ayrıca, partili canlarımızın dostu olan bu işletmede ‘Kömür’ isimli tatlış bir köpüş var. Arka ayaklarını kullanamayan Kömür’ü işletme sahiplenmiş. Bu yüzden ayrıca tebriği hakediyor. Dinlenmek için önerilir 😊

Balkonsuz ve ekonomik odada kaldım eşimle . Temizlik ısınma ve konfor çok iyiydi. 4 gece kaldık inanılmaz bir sakinlik vardı otelde . Gürültü ses vs yok Kahvaltıları çok güzel ve yeterliydi . Arda bey ve kader hanım hep güler yüzlü ve her şeyde yardımcı oluyorlar . Herkese tavsiye ederim . Bu benim ilk deneyimim ama son olmayacak bundan eminim

Harika bir pansiyon. Çalışanları çok ilgili ve çok iyi insanlar. Bir de sahip çıktıkları ve baya emek harcadıkları sakat bir köpekleri var Duman diye ki tam bir neşe kaynağı. Manzarası çok güzel. Kahvaltı harika. Göle ve birkaç popüler yere yakın. Tekrar gitsem yine Sapanca Villa Suite'de kalırım.

the place is nice but you need to climb too many stairs to reach the room, the bad thing is that the hot water is not stable so could lose it while taking shower, breakfast is reasonable and stuff are polite and helpful

Çift olarak tek gecelik konakladığımız otel. Kendi bina yapısına göre güzel döşenmiş fakat maalesef otelin en büyük ve pahalı odası olarak verilen odalarda mahremiyet çok düşük. Otelin ortak alan bahçesi ile odanız sıfır konumda olduğundan, önündeki insan trafiği yoğun olabiliyor. Oda yeterli büyüklükte ve temizlikte fakat genel olarak fiyat/performans oteli değil. Otel sorumlusu Eda hanım çok yardımsever ve ilgili. Fakat dediğim gibi otel konumuna, oda konumlanmasına bakıldığında, çok sakin zamanlarda yakalamak en güzeli olacaktır.

Güler yüzlü çalışanları ve iş konusunda ki titizliği ile öne çıkan güler yüzlü sahibesi beni ve nişanlımı çok iyi ağırladılar. Kendilerine gösterdikleri misafirperverlik için teşekkür ederim. Gidecek olan herkese tavsiye ederim. Manzarası, konumu ve özellikle kahvaltısı mükemmel olan bu yere tekrar gitmenin planını yapıyoruz şimdiden.
