Great spa and breakfast

Very nice hotel. The rooms are nice but basic, but very comfortable bed and the spa is amazing! The breakfast was amazing as well - lots of choices

Everything was perfect! The mountains end Lake Sapança makes it an unforgettable experience. There were activities for anyone wanting to join in.The swimming pool, the walking pats are beautiful,. Thıs hotel I would recommend to anyone wanting peace and quiet.

Recommended for relaxation away from city noises.

Generally it was very good stay . faced some problem , but the staff were helpful to solve it . Special thanks to Samiyah , The PR in charge and cafeteria staff .

Great location, clean and friendly, excellent food

We really enjoyed our stay here, we stayed in the double deluxe room which had a good view of Sapanca lake. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the presentation was excellent. We also had great massages in the spa. The spa staff, one in particular, wasn't the most knowledgeable but the others were great.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location and the serenity of the resort is amazing. We were received by Ms Samia Mohamed at the reception desk. She took excellent care of our stay. She explained to us various touristic areas and transportation options. We will certainly come back.

Sapanca Stay

Richmond Nua Wellness is the best property in Sapanca in my opinion. It has an unbeatable location right by the lake, peaceful setting, comfortable accommodation and excellent spa facilities. It is an adult only hotel so if you are not traveling with kids, this is the place to stay in Sapanca. Our stay was excellent thanks to Guest Relation Manager Ms. Samia Mohamed. She has been quite helpful and showed us great hospitality. Richmond will be my number one choice in Sapanca

Yılların değiştiremediği bir Spa kalitesi, gerçekten çok iyi. Güler yüzlü otel personeli. Cumartesi akşamı canlı müzik göl kenarında çok keyifliydi. Akşam yemeği güzel menü, kahvaltı ehven-i şer. Tek problemimiz, bizim odaya mahsus olduğunu düşündüğüm, klima problemiydi. ilk gecemizde sıcaktan uyuyamadık. Camlar da kapalıydı lakin klima hiç serinletmedi, yorgan da olunca yataklarda, zor oldu. Cumartesi şikayetimiz üzerine hemen aksiyon alındı, bir nebze daha iyi oldu ama bence daha da iyi bir soğutma olmalıydı. Son bir not www.hotels.com a, odayı yarım pansiyon olarak satın aldık, otele gidince öğrendik ki öyle bir uygulamaları yokmuş. Bunun da düzeltilmesi iyi olacaktır.

Aşırı temiz, bütün çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çok yardımcı oluyor. Çok fazla Spa alanı olmasına rağmen hepsi çok temiz. Kahvaltı ve yemekler de çok güzel.
