A very comfortable, convenient, clean hotel right in the heart of town; and only a few minutes walk to the lake. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was sufficient. The only issue I encountered was that the wi-fi was a bit troublesome the last few days. And no elevator, but I managed. It's a hotel I would willingly go back to.

We thought that was gonna be a price-performance hostel but turned out way better than what we expected. Staff is helpful, rooms are clean, breakfast selections are poor but everything is tasty and fresh. TVs have netflix feature, if you have your own subscription then you can use. Very close to Sapanca’s coast by walk. Staff can direct you to authentic restaurants which aren’t tourist trap and overprice.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse bietet einen tollen Ausblick und Sapanca See und dessen Promenade ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen

Oncelikle ilk karsilamadan bahsediyim. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi gayet samimi ve guler yuzlu bir sekilde bizi karsiladi. Odamizi bulmamiz konusunda yardimci oldu. Odaya ilk girdigimiz anda odanin guzel ve temiz kokusuda cok hostu hijyenik ve temiz oldugunu kokudan bile anlayabilirsiniz(ki odalarda sigara icilebilmesine ragmen boyle temiz kokmasi gayet basarili). Daha sonrasinda banyoya, yastik yorgan ve koltuga baktigimizda herseyin temiz ve guzel olduguda gozle gorulur bir sekilde temizdi. Konfor açısından da koltuk ve yatakta yumuşaklik ve rahatlik acisindan 10 numaraydi. Klima ve sac kurutma ve buz dolabi sorunsuz calisiyor. Sicak su ile yikanma imkani sıkıntısız 10/10. Kahvaltiya gelicek olursak daha once kartepe green park otelde kalmistim 4 yildizli bir otel olmasina ragmen kahvaltısı buradan farksizdi demek istedigim o duzeydeki bir otelle ayni kalitede kahvalti vermesi cidden cok basarili tebrik ediyorum ve serviside iyiydi. Cesitlilik olarakta bence gayet doyurucuydu ekmegi simiti zeytini peyniri bal recel tereyag ne ararsaniz var biz eşimle cok begendik kahvaltiyi. Ayrica calisanlarin ilgisindende memnun kaldik ablalar sagolsun islerini iyi yapiyorlar. Konum olarakta ön planda oldugunu dusunuyorum cunku sapancanin tam merkezinde bir otel. Herkesin kalmasini gönül rahatligi ile tavsiye ederim.

1 gece kaldık zaten. Tek gece için ideal. Ama 2 gün kalmaz istiyorsanız tercih etmeyin bence. Temizliği çok iyi değil. Ama beklediğimden daha iyiydi. 3 katlı merdiven yok. 4. Katında kahvaltı veriliyor. Kahvaltıda idare eder ücretine göre. Biz 1 günlük için memnun kaldık. Sadece yatmaya geldik zaten. Böcek falan da yoktu odada. Çarşaflar temiz duruyordu ama açınca içinden kıl mıl çıktı ben biraz. Rahatsız oldum o yüzden yastığa tişörtümü serdim öyle yattım. Çarşaflar kokmuyordu ama kıllardan dolayı kullanılmış mı şüphe ettim şahsen.
