Horrível.

Embora eu tenha recebido e-mail de confirmação da reserva, quando cheguei não encontraram a minha reserva. Mostrei o número da reserva do site hotéis.com e eles não usaram nenhuma busca com o número. O empregado Geraldo ligou para uma mulher que perguntou qual era o valor da reserva. Ao falar o valor eles "liberaram" um quarto para nós, número 11. Nos fundos da pousada. Bem diferente do que estava descrito na reserva. O Geraldo me cobrou o valor errado e tive que retornar a recepção para acertar outro valor. O estacionamento é improvisado em outro imóvel. Estava lotado e difícil para entrar e sair sem possibilidade de fazer manobras. Ao chegar no quarto, os equipamentos elétricos estavam todos desligados. Precisei ligar, inclusive com dificuldades para alcançar as tomadas. O chuveiro está desregulado e a água sai extremamente quente. Não tinha toalhas na acomodação, precisamos ir buscar na recepção. As "Cortesias para banho" também não foram disponibilizadas. Encontrei inseto no banheiro. Esse relato foi observado menos de 1 hora no local. A picina estava suja
