Que lugar incrível!!! Inicialmente quando reservei achei o horário de checkin e checkout pessimos, depois no primeiro contato direto com o hotel fomos informados que poderíamos usufruir das dependências antes e depois do checkin e checkout, o que ajudou muito. Os quartos extremamente limpos, bem equipados conforme a necessidade, a piscina é maravilhosa por ser aquecida e de frente para o mar, assim como atendimento no bar.

Infelizmente nos decepcionamos...

Nos decepcionamos bastante, ao chegar, com chuva, o hotel não possuia uma vaga para carga e descarga de malas, tivemos que estacionar longe e carregar as malas pela chuva. O atendimento de check-in foi super grosseiro e de má vontade. O hotel é bonito, bem localizado e o quarto limpo, mas a área comum deixa a desejar: pouco espaço e a piscina muito pequena. O café da manhã também foi uma decepção, principalmente no segundo dia, em que as poucas opções diferenciadas, como ovos mexidos e omelete, nao estavam disponíveis pois estavam sem ovos, o que demonstra o despreparo. No mais, com exceção da recepção que deixou má impressão, os funcionários eram cordiais, mas em número insuficiente para o hotel e por isso com dificuldades para atender aos hóspedes. Pelo preço do hotel, a expectativa era muito maior do que a experiência.

Muito bom. Localização boa, pode ir caminhando até o centro. Quarto confortável e excelente ducha. Roupas de cama e toalhas novas. Limpeza excelente. Café da manhã muito bom com frutas, sucos, frios, pães e se quiser fazem tapiocas e ovos ao seu pedido . Parte da piscina (aquecida) boa e com o serviço de bar na praia. Excelentes funcionários. Lugar tranquilo e seguro. O único problema é o estacionamento (apenas para 6 carros) terá que deixar o carro nas ruas próximas.

Falta de respeito total!!!

Minha estadia no hotel não foi oque eu poderia chamar de satisfatória. O atendimento na chegada foi uma catástrofe.Primeiro que a prioridade do atendente era me vender um up grade de quarto sem se importar em nos atender bem. Depois da tentativa falha desta venda ( uma vez que eu não quiz pagar o up grade) descobri que o quarto com accesibilidade que eu havia comprado não existia.Quando fiz a reserva por este site pedi um quarto com acessibilidade uma vez que sou casada com uma pessoa com deficiência física . Na minha reserva constava a compra de uma estadia em um quarto com ascessibilidade sendo que o hotel não possui nenhum quarto com acessibilidade. O que me informaram depois de muito tempo foi que eu iria ter um up grade pelo fato de ter feito a reserva com muita antecedência e que todos os quarto do hotel tinham acessibilidade.Por fim quando exaustos conseguimos chegar ao quarto , eu desçobri que eles consideravam que pelo fato de haver um barra de apoio dentro do box do chuveiro, isto faria do quarto um quarto apto para receber deficientes físicos. Barras de apoio ao lado do vaso sanitário, espaço para entrar e sair do banheiro com cadeira de rodas , pia em altura e modelo de acordo com as normas , vaso sanitário mais alto e porta com largura maior ,não faziam parte da lista deles de acessibilidade!!!Uma falta de respeito total com o hóspede e com as leis de acessibilidade.

O hotel é pé na areia e possui uma boa infra-estrutura de praia. A praia é tranquila, há poucos vendedores ambulantes. O hotel possui uma piscina aquecida que usávamos sempre depois do pôr-do-sol. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções (como bacon), mas é muito bom. Comi um bolo de tapioca lá que estava uma delícia! Além disso, os funcionários do hotel são cordiais e as acomodações são muito boas. Pretendemos voltar a nos hospedar no hotel.
