A estadia foi muito tranquila e os funcionários são muito prestativos. Eu achei caro o custo pelo benefício de um quarto simples. Mas ao chegar lá descobri q estava incluso o jantar. Porém, eu preferia ter pago um valor menor e aproveitar a cidade a noite. Em resumo… achei caro pelo o q é oferecido de acomodação. Sugiro q o hotel faça uma diária mais barata sem a alimentação da noite inclusa. Acredito q terá maior procura. O hotel me atendeu pq eu passei o dia na rota do vinho e só parei para dormir.

Quarto - colchão horrível, acordei dolorida. A janela dava para uma parede e mais parecia um filme de terror, móveis velhos e com avarias. Banheiro apertado, vaso sanitário infantil, muito baixo, aspecto de velho. Piscina ok. Café da manhã básico, leite e café frio. O ovo mexido também estava frio, sem talheres e guardanapos nas mesas.

Quarto : Funcional, limpo, ar condicionado sem problemas. Funcionários: Receptivos e cuidadosos. Cafe da Manhã: Simples, com opções suficientes, mesclando ovos mexidos, frutas, cereais, café, suco e bolos. Jantar Cortesia : Prato comercial ok, pode melhorar com itens mais frescos e o arroz que comi era al dente. Piscina : Tranquila sem excesso de cloro, da pra aproveitar bem, poucos hospedes usaram. Em geral é uma estadia agradavel, piscina usei bastante, acordei com canto de pássaros e consegui relaxar bem. Hotel com localização ímpar em relação aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade, está ao lado de shopping e do centro , ficando a 15 min da rodoviária a pé, 20 min da estação ferroviária e morro do cruzeiro a pé, 15-20 min do Castelo, Morro do Saboó e da Estrada do vinho se for de Carro ou Uber O que refleti foi o preço, não sou grande referência mas, pelo conjunto oferecido a estadia que promete ser trilingue e recepcionar hóspedes de fora por exemplo, custou quase R$ 600,00 por uma diária de uma hospedagem standard bem simples, para mim parece acima do que vale, se for dividir fica ok.
