O hotel é bom e localizado bem no centrinho de São Roque. O café da manhã é muito bom e o jantar está incluso no valor da hospedagem. Para o jantar, é possível escolher a proteína e os acompanhamentos são padrão, mas gostamos bastante. Existe a opção de pedir outras coisas do cardápio, mas o valor é a parte. O atendimento no geral foi muito bom, principalmente no bar e no jantar foram todos super antenciosos com as dúvidas, o serviço e até em encontrar jogos que pedimos. O hotel não tem elevador, o que dificulta bastante. Meu quarto, no terceiro andar era bom, mas meus pais que ficaram no térreo não gostaram. Além disso, pessoas fumavam na frente dos quartos do térreo (lugar proibido) e era possível sentir o cheiro do corredor e dos quartos.

Hotel bastante simples, só para passagem, 1 noite. Não tem ar condicionado, somente ventilador. Atendimento simples também. O que me incomodou é que gostaria de ter dormido um pouco mais, porém as camareiras falam alto entre si no corredor. Comentei com o recepcionista Marcelo e o mesmo nem mexeu a bola do olho, nem se importou. Somente bom atendimento da atendente do jantar que me serviu. Hotel de curtíssima duração.
