The room was spotless and everything was securely in its place. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. The amenities listed on hotels dot coms website listed a pool there is no pool there that was the only hiccup I encountered.

Can be a choice

They just renovated the hotel, so all the infrastructure is better, but the room still with smell, I slept with opened windows. The gym is really small. Maybe next time will be better.

A localização é estratégica para quem em compromissos no WTC. Quanto espaçoso e ótimo chuveiro. Mas tenha em conta que o ar condicionado apenas refrigera (embora haja o modo heat no controle remoto), o que pode ser desconfortável em noites frias (e poderia ser avisado pela equipe no check in). O café da manhã, embora variado, não tem itens muito gostosos ou frescos (nenhuma relação com o café da manhã com a qualidade dos produtos do hotel da mesma rede em Foz do Iguaçu, por exemplo). Talvez a falta de opções na região leve a um certo acomodamento de um hotel que tem bom espaço, localização estratégica mas poderia melhorar.
