A very good cost benefit, hotel is nice, but at night there are too many drugatitcs around hotel. staff is nice. if for a short stay for work, hotel is ok, but be careful around hotel area at night.

El hotel,bien ubicado zona,centro, excelente la habitación tal como la pedi.detalle, dejar a mano, de pasajero, expenser,de agua,caliente y fría. Para los pasajeros extranjeros q toman mate. Hay detalle social, q maneja el hotel, q por la zona no es el único. Entretanto, o principal diferencial da estada reside na cordialidade e no profissionalismo da equipe, especialmente de uma recepcionista de cabelo curto, cujo nome infelizmente não conseguir perguntar. Sempre que vou a São Paulo a trabalho, costumo me hospedar na região central por ser mais prático. Já fiquei em alguns hotéis da área, mas, sem dúvida, o Windsor Hotel foi o que mais me agradou. Além da excelente localização, destaco principalmente a cordialidade de toda a equipe — desde a recepção, passando pelas camareiras, até o pessoal do café da manhã. Todos são extremamente atenciosos, e tudo é feito com muito cuidado e profissionalismo. A limpeza é impecável e o atendimento faz toda a diferença na experiência da estadia. Inclusive, já fiz minha reserva para a próxima viagem. Sempre que eu for a São Paulo e houver disponibilidade, certamente escolherei me hospedar lá novamente. Havia lojas por perto, mas não senti segurança aos arredores. Para hospedagem por pouco tempo é ótimo, para ficar muito tempo sem quiser passear é ruim, fica longe de muitos lugares e fica mais seguro pedir Uber para sair do hotel.
