Excellent reception services. English speaking. Rooms are large. Breakfast is good. Def recommend this hotel for American tourists. Superior compared to Radisson and others in Jardin.

I stayed this hotel for one night, this hotel gives me very good impression, the front desk staffs Rafael and Ruan and the other two who can speak English are extremely nice and friendly, some of the front desk can speak very good English and they would like to help at all time. Also the luggage guys are very nice too. They just doing their best to carry the luggages in and out, a boy sent me to the taxi all the way out. Very good people. Also, the breakfast are amazing nice, hotel is very clean too. I will come back to this hotel definitely!

It is not a HOTEL, It is a MOTEL, It is terrible, beyond description. If you expect to have the taste and feeling of a hotel, THIS IS NOT THE ONE, absolutely terrible.

Excelente atendimento do hotel, vale a pena se hospedar novamente, só faltou avisarem que o estacionamento não estava incluído na diária. Aliás ressalto o péssimo atendimento do manobrista na hora da saida.

Bem localizada, muito limpa, funcionários educados e prestativos, cafe da manhã farto. Quarto achei pequeno, pouco espaço para deixar as coisas e se tiver que passar muito tempo dentro do quarto dá até angústia, parece que pegaram espaço que era 1 quarto e dividiram em 2. Paredes daquelas que escuta tudo o que a pessoa do quarto ao lado está falando.

Excelente localização

Só vale a pena reservar apartamento luxo pois os de categoria inferior são muito pequenos, tamanho íbis. Foi cobrado 40 reais por diária somente para trocar o apartamento com 02 camas de solteiros para o com cama de casal + impostos. Café da manhã bom, localização excelente, bom atendimento.

Hotel bacana, mas poderia sem muito melhor.

O hotel é bem localizado, quarto grande, bom café da manhã. Único problema, já me hospedei outras vezes, nunca concedem um early checkin, não importa a hora que vc chegar, só permitem que vc entre “sem pagar” depois da s 14h. Mesmo que o hotel esteja vazio, não importa, política do hotel.

Custo benefício

O hotel tem um bom custo benefício. O quarto tem alguns itens como frigobar um pouco velhos, mas comparando com hoteis que eu fiquei mais caros esse fez valer a pena pelo preço.
