Tive alguns imprevistos com os pratos servidos no room Service mas o gerente Felipe foi muito gentil e se desculpou pelo ocorrido e alguns restaurantes aqui também falham um pouco na comunicação e no serviço! O serviço na piscina também é um pouco precário porque não tem serviço de piscina eficiente na minha opinião mas o restaurante Baio por exemplo fui super bem atendida pelo Daniel! Acho que por ser um hotel cinco estrelas deveria ter alguns detalhes a serem ajustados.
