The staff were fantastic and very responsive to any inquiries via WhatsApp. I had to contact them several times and they always responded in a timely manner. The bonus was they spoke english which I found was a rarity in Sao Paulo - no biggie but a few phrases and Google Translate go a long way. The gym and sauna were fantastic. The pool was great but not heated and the sun loungers were plentiful. They also had two mini marts on site which were handy for snacks. There was a breakfast on site which was ~69 Real with fruit, coffee and some made to order items. I think the tech aspect of the concept is great but has some wrinkles to iron out but overall a great idea that most things are through your phone or facial recognition.

Quartos limpos e confortáveis. Toda vez tem uma cortesia gostosa na caixinha (ótimo para quem chega na correria do aeroporto). Destaque para equipe que fica do lado de fora. No dia que eu fui pegar um taxi sozinha, uma pessoa me acompanhou gentilmente até o taxi que parou um pouco distante. Todas as vezes que fiquei esperando taxi ou uber na porta, ele esteve nos orientando da melhor forma também para evitar qualquer problema. Hotel bem decorado e concierge muito solícito em administrar da melhor forma nossa estadia. voltarei mais vezes.

Quarto limpo e moderno. Hotel novo, tranquilo. Problema é a cama. São dois colchões de solteiro para forma uma cama de casal, ocorre que afundam no meio. Além disso, a cama fica num tablado com um degrau e é vazado. Eu bati meu pé e machucou feio. Consegui bater os dois pés. No escuro, é um perigo. Sugiro reverem esse projeto das camas, com urgência.

Quando chegamos no hotel nos passaram o número do quarto e quando entramos, estava sujo e com produtos de limpeza dentro, baldes e vassoura. Aí tivemos que realocar para outro quarto limpo. Na primeira noite as 3 da manhã todas as luzes do quarto se acenderam e a cortina na janela se abriu, eu levei um susto enorme, no dia seguinte aconteceu a mesma coisa a 1 da manhã. A fechadura emitia sons. No terceiro dia a privada do banheiro estava entupida.

Experiência terrível desde o checkin. O checkin só começa 19h, porém não avisam isso com clareza quando da reserva. Fui obrigado a comprar duas horas extras para entrar às 17h. Não limparam meu quarto (apesar de eu indicar que estava disponível para limpeza). O quarto é absurdamente barulhento, inclusive de madrugada, pois tudo que acontece na rua pode ser ouvido. No dia do checkout, a automação não funcionou, as luzes não acendiam e a persiana não abria, o que me obrigou a me arrumar no escuro. O café da manhã se resume a pães esquentados no microondas. Não há sequer uma fruta ou suco natural.
