Muitas informações desencontradas..... Fiz a reserva com café da manhã incluso, sendo que o café é servido em uma lanchonete que não faz parte do hotel, com cardápio limitadíssimo e que não funciona aos domingos. Isso deveria ficar bastante claro no momento da reserva. Chuveiro terrível, que mesmo após reclamarmos na recepção, nada fizeram. Faltou água em praticamente todos os apartamentos no domingo pela manhã. Para não dizer que nem tudo é negativo, para quem vai as compras no Brás, a localização é super privilegiada, no coração do circuito da madrugada.

Vale a pena!!!!

Ótimo hotel para compras no Brás, provavelmente o melhor localizado. Atendimento 100%, pessoal super atencioso. Limpeza deixa a desejar, mas tudo dentro do normal, pois é um hotel para trabalhar e não para lazer. Unica coisa ruim mesmo foi o chuveiro que caia água pra tudo quanto é lado, menos no local correto.

Hotel com baratas no quarto é pra acabar!

Já nos hospedamos nesse hotel uma vez e ficamos muito satisfeitos mas dessa vez, misericórdia! O hotel está em reforma e não há nenhuma placa na recepção sinalizando aos clientes, além disso encontramos duas baratas no quarto, uma em cima da cama e outra dentro de uma das sacolas da minha esposa. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e o rapaz da recepção ficou de olhar se tinha um quarto disponível e retornar, aguardamos um bom tempo e nada, até que minha esposa teve que telefonar na recepção novamente pra cobrar em qual quarto ficaríamos. Sinceramente, foi a última vez que nos hospedamos nesse hotel.
