The location is pretty good. The room is small and it had a strong smell. After turning on the AC it went away though. It's pretty affordable though. There are four parking spaces that are available for guests on a first come first serve basis .

Location of the hotel is great, but in front of a very busy street and I coul hear the traffic all through the night from my room. Also the room was very small with dirty walls, poor cleanliness overall and an AC not working right.

Péssimas condições e muito barulho

Péssima experiência, não recomendo essa hospedagem. O hotel fica em uma rua bem movimentada e você ouve o barulho nos carros o tempo todo, inclusive a noite. O sistema de isolamento acustico é péssimo, as janelas não isolam nada. O hotel não tem acessibilidade e as paredes estão sujas necessitando renovação. Minha esposa caiu no corredor entre os quartos pois tinha um degrau sem a marcação de indicação de nível. A fita saiu e ninguém se deu o trabalho de corrigir. O hotel não conta com rampa de acesso na entrada.

Apenas para uma rápida passagem

Hotel com ótima localização, funcionários excelentes, porém apenas para uma noite no máximo, o barulho da avenida é intenso o tempo todo e eu tive que colocar protetor de ouvido para abafar o barulho e conseguir dormir. Meu quarto não tinha janela, era apenas uma fresta de vidro que dava para o corredor que ficava o sensor dd luz acendendo a noite toda. No banheiro tinha tipo uma minhoca na box e a torneira da pia de difícil acesso, o chuveiro demora a esquentar!

Se quer ter uma noite de descanso, não se hospede no quarto 31. Ele fica de frente pra avenida e, como São Paulo é a cidade que não dorme, você também não dormirá por causa do barulho de carros e ônibus.

Pelo preço que paguei, a estadia foi muito boa! É um bom local para passar uma estadia rápida pois fica numa boa localização. Meu quarto ficava no térreo (acho que devido ao preço que paguei), você houve um pouco do barulho da avenida, mas nada que atrapalhe, pelo menos para mim não. Tem poucas vagas de carro, apenas 4, na frente do hotel. Limpeza muito boa.

Bom pelo valor. Boa localização.

O hotel é bastante "rústico" para usar uma palavra neutra. O quarto não tinha janela e não possui estacionamento, possuindo apenas umas 4 vagas na frente do hotel. Teve uma noite que não havia água quente no chuveiro e esse foi o maior problema. Se você vai de carro, considere outras opções. Eu daria uma nota melhor se não houvesse acontecido a questão da água quente no chuveiro.
