The hotel food was great! Didn’t make it too breakfast as we sleeped in a little but the restaurant staff gave us some coffee and pastries and bread. The surrounding areas looks dangerous but we were ok . Hotel has no elevator and we had to walk thru the garage up a flight of stairs to get to our room. The lights go on and off senorsed besides that it was a great stay !

Weirdly built rooms, the hallways reminded me of those creepy pasta stories that involve a "different dimension". My room was literally ON TOP of the garage door. Slept very badly because of noise. Middle of night I wouldn't dare request to change rooms, completely impossible. Other than that, the price matches exactly what you get. It's a fairly cheap place, nice lobby but the rooms, meh.

Quarto limpo e confortável, porém estrutura bem abaixo da média, com banheiro desconfortável e sem água aquecida em 2 dos 3 dias que estive hospedado. O café da manhã é bem fraco em comparação a outros hotéis de padrão parecido. Senti falta também de cabides para pendurar a roupa e a tomada sobre a cama foi um ponto incômodo. Vale destacar que não tem elevador. Mesmo em dias frios (até 12ºC), a temperatura do quarto estava agradável.

Minha experiência no local não foi das melhores. Começou com o fato de o hotel exigir que o pagamento fosse feito em apenas uma vez, sem dividir a estadia. O primeiro, dentre dezenas de hotéis que já frequentei que me fez essa exigência. Sobre o quarto que recebemos, esse foi um show de horrores. Ao entrar, tirei meus sapatos, como de costume, e em 2 minutos andando pelo quarto, meu pé estava imundo! Não era pouca sujeira, como alguns ciscos. Era como se eu estivesse andando descalço em uma oficina mecânica. Ao entrar no banheiro, pude perceber que a limpeza também não era boa. As paredes estavam cheias de crostas amarronzadas próximas ao piso, o que é um nítido sinal de sujeira antiga. Ainda sobre o banheiro, fui tomar banho e para a minha surpresa, quando olhei pra fora do box, a água havia retornado pelo ralo externo ao box, próximo ao vaso sanitário. Claro, subiu aquele fedor de esgoto e com ele, vieram baratinhas pequenas. Um horror! após isso, acabei reclamando com a recepção, e um funcionário específico tentou resolver, mas era nítida a apatia por parte dele, como se aquilo que havia acontecido não fosse importante. Disse que só tinha um quarto disponível, e ele era o PCD. O quarto ficava dentro da garagem, e o barulho dos carros invadia o quarto. Além de ser virado para uma rua relativamente movimentada, com barulho de trens, carros, caminhões e ao lado de um bar que coloca música alta até a madrugada. Por mim, um dos piores locais que poderia ter escolhido.

Infelizmente o atendimento do pessoal foi bem ruim. Fui por duas semanas seguidas, uma delas a reserva estava em nome da minha amiga. Eles nos deram a chave errada de 3 quartos. São super frios e desatentos. Outra coisa tbm é que não tem frigobar no hotel. E um outro ponto tbm são as toalhas, aparentam estar encardidas.

Reservamos o hotel principalmente pela proximidade com o local do nosso compromisso e, especialmente, pela indicação de que havia estacionamento disponível. No entanto, ao chegarmos, fomos informados de que, apesar da cobrança pelo serviço, não havia vagas disponíveis. Em nenhum momento, no ato da reserva, foi informado que o estacionamento era limitado ou sujeito à disponibilidade. Considerando que o hotel possui cerca de 130 quartos e apenas 30 vagas, trata-se de uma proporção claramente insuficiente e que deveria ser previamente informada ao consumidor. Tentamos resolver a situação diretamente com a gerência, inclusive mencionando que, nos termos do Código de Defesa do Consumidor, a oferta vincula o fornecedor, mas não houve qualquer solução ou alternativa apresentada — sequer a indicação de convênios com estacionamentos próximos, o que demonstra falta de planejamento e organização. Além disso, enfrentamos outros problemas durante a estadia: o chuveiro não aquecia adequadamente e o café da manhã deixou a desejar, com pouquíssimas opções e qualidade abaixo do esperado. Diante de todos esses pontos, a experiência foi bastante frustrante e não condiz com o que foi ofertado no momento da reserva. Não recomendo.
