The hotel food was great! Didn’t make it too breakfast as we sleeped in a little but the restaurant staff gave us some coffee and pastries and bread. The surrounding areas looks dangerous but we were ok . Hotel has no elevator and we had to walk thru the garage up a flight of stairs to get to our room. The lights go on and off senorsed besides that it was a great stay !

Weirdly built rooms, the hallways reminded me of those creepy pasta stories that involve a "different dimension". My room was literally ON TOP of the garage door. Slept very badly because of noise. Middle of night I wouldn't dare request to change rooms, completely impossible. Other than that, the price matches exactly what you get. It's a fairly cheap place, nice lobby but the rooms, meh.

室内は比較的新しく清潔感がありました。 朝食のビュッフェも私たちは満足出来ました。 Lapa駅に数分で電車や地下鉄移動が楽でした。 ただ、金曜日夜、近隣のレストランバーからの爆音の音楽や客たちのはしゃぐ声が夜中までしていて寝ることが出来なかった。 金曜日夜宿泊する人はご注意ください！ 周囲にスーパーマーケットやレストランが少なく、暗くなると路地には人気がないので、街の中心街で食事や食料品購入は済ませた方が良いです。

Bom custo benefício mas muito barulho

Inicialmente, preciso mencionar que o atendimento dos funcionários do estabelecimento é muito bom. Todos educados e solícitos. Café da manhã básico mas muito bom e bem servido. Estacionamento seguro e organizado. O único problema que tivemos,que causou certo incômodo, nem foi por culpa do hotel mas pelo barulho que aparentemente vinha de um prédio ao lado do quarto que estávamos. Muito barulho de brigas, mulheres e homens gemendo o tempo todo. Sinceramente, acho que nosso quarto era ao lado de algum “local duvidoso”. Isso prejudicou bastante que dormíssemos bem e pudéssemos descansar para a viagem, além de causar constrangimento. Então, por esse motivo, não escolheria esse hotel novamente. Recomendo que quando forem pegar um quarto, pegar nos andares mais baixos, talvez o barulho seja menor ou talvez nem ouça. Tivemos azar pela localização do quarto. É uma pena pois de resto o hotel é um bom custo-benefício.

Bom para curtir jogo e show no Allianz

Fachada e lobby bem novos, equipe educada. O quarto era amplo, cama confortável, chuveiro esquentando bem. Ar condicionado e TV funcionando e Wifi pegava bem no quarto. Café da manhã era bom, com poucas opções mas bem satisfatório. Na rua ao lado da CPTM, distancia de 2 estações da Barra Funda/Allianz. Ficamos apenas uma noite e não exploramos a região, mas tem um bar na esquina e algumas lojas perto da estação. Ponto positivo: Conseguimos deixar as malas guardadas enquanto não deu a hora do check in. Ponto negativo: Paredes dos quartos são finas, dá pra escutar tudo no corredor, e os passos do andar de cima.

O hotel é todo reformado. A fachada, a recepção, o restaurante tudo novo. Os quartos são simples e não refletem o que vemos na fachada. Assim, fiquei achando que os quartos seriam melhores.

Quase não ficamos lá, só deixamos as malas e seguimos para o show, chegamos e jantamos no restaurante de lá, que por sinal a parmegiana é excelente e no dia seguinte pela manhã descemos bem cedo para o café, que estava repleto de opções, nada a reclamar sobre, chuveiro maravilhoso, cama macia, tinha ar-condicionado no nosso quarto, estava tudo limpinho e perfeito!

Café da manhã bem fraco, sem variedades, como por exemplo um iogurte natural sem açúcar, um leite sem lactose, mel, uma aveia. Todos os dias exatamente a mesma coisa. A comida a noite do restaurante não estava gostosa o que pedimos. Travesseiros bem baixos de baixa qualidade, porém chuveiro muito bom, cama confortável e limpeza boa. Pelo café da manhã não voltaria a me hospedar.

Achei que faltou o pessoal varrer o quarto, o chao estava um pouco sujo, no chao dentro do box do banheiro tinha um sabonete usado no chão, mais para descuido, sugestao de melhoria é fazer um double check, para verificar se esta tudo OK. Ponto positivo são os funcionarios da recepção e demais, comida do restaurante estava boa, nao tenho outros pontos.
