Hotel moderno com excelentes instalações. O Shopping nao funciona... não tem nada alem de uma academia, Lojas Americanas, um quiosque de sorvetes e alguns escritórios. Equipe super atwnciosa, educada e bem preparados.

Cobrança de estacionamento sem aviso prévio

O hotel é excelente entretanto, ao adquirir o hotel aparece a opção de estacionamento como "disponível" o que facilmente leva o cliente a entender como "incluso" o que não é o caso visto que precisamos pagar R$ 25,00 para estacionar o que descobrimos apenas na hora do check in. Transparência é muito importante. Sugiro que fique claro que existe possibilidade de estacionamento mas que o mesmo é cobrado.

Razoável

O hotel até que é bom, mas deixou a desejar com alguns pontos. O local é um complexo onde havia um shopping, mas este foi desativado, com isso o elevador do estacionamento não funciona todo tempo, sendo necessário retornar a pé pela rampa de acesso. Outro problema foi água quente. Não estava quente o suficiente para tomar banho. Também tem o fato de alguns momento a água sair com aspecto sujo (amarelada)na pia e chuveiro. Vou postar a foto aqui. O café da manhã tb deixou muito a desejar, pouquíssimas opções e não repõem quando acaba alguns alimentos.
