Quarto antigo, com mofo, perigoso para quem tem alergia. Banheiro sem ducha junto ao vaso sanitário. Não havia copo no quarto, mas foi solicitado e entregaram. Porém, no dia seguinte le aram e não repuseram. Na recepção, uma entrega enviada foi destinada a outro quarto. Atendimento pouco simpático!

O quarto é bom. Porém a imagem da televisão é muito ruim. Os funcionários parecem não se preocupar com os pedidos para melhoria da televisão. O hotel está em obras o que torna a estadia bem desconfortável.

Primeiro a minha reserva era para um quarto double room, com cama de casal, e me colocaram num twin com duas camas de solteiro (só fizeram juntar as camas) e falaram que a culpa era da Hoteis.com. O chuveiro é muito ruim. Molha todo o banheiro menos a pessoa que quer tomar banho. A televisão não tem condições de se assistir pois a imagem é muito ruim. O café da manhã é fraco. Sem opções. O pior hotel da rede transamerica é ué já me hospedei.
