O hotel é limpo e confortável, bem semelhante às fotos, não tive nenhum problema. A região da República ainda fica perigosa durante a noite, mas foi possível fazer passeios agradáveis e seguros durante o dia.

Achamos o atendimento da recepção muito a desejar. Chegamos de viagem cansados e solicitamos early check in. Em nenhum momento se mostraram disponíveis para resolver isso, somente quando solicitado se pagarmos alguma taxa foi que nos liberaram para o check in mais cedo. Pagamos a taxa, porém, nem o café da manhã do dia nos foi disponibilizado.

Decepcionante Banheiro com problema de ajuste na porta faz uma inundação a cada banho Pedimos ajuda mas a recepção se limitou a dar uma toalha ( de rosto ) para enxugarmos. Cama baixa e colchão velho Falta porta papel higiênico no banheiro. Ar condicionado imundo Veja foto da leve limpeza que fizemos para liga-lo

Adorei minha experiência! Ótima localização, super próximo da estação República. Por mais que seja no centro, a região é tranquila. Quarto muito bonito, limpo e confortável. Televisão smart, ar condicionado, cobertor bem quentinho e café da manhã delicioso, muitas opções. Única coisa que achamos de negativo foi a questão do barulho, por ter alguns bares próximos fica um som até tardinho, mas mesmo assim eu super voltaria e recomendo muito!

É um hotel low cost e dentro dessa perspectiva atende muito bem. Funcionários gentis e atenciosos, café da manhã bom, limpo, etc... as cobertas/edredons e toalhas de banho que precisam ser melhorados.
