Precisa melhorar atendimento

Exigem o check-in on line e depois ficam fazendo todas as ´perguntas novamente no balcão e se irritam se vc disser que já fez tudo on-line.. Banheiro com limpeza apenas razoável. Para ter acesso à garagem precisa sair e descer uma rampa, tudo sob SOL ou CHUVA e recusaram abrir a porta do hotel que sai direto para a garagem. Cobram R$35,00 pela garagem mas o serviço do manobrista é limitado às dependencias da garagem.

This is my third stay at the hotel, and I can recall the other times people at the reception were more friendly. The condition of the room was not the best. The bathroom had a weird smell andhe shower had was disgusting, shampoo was missing and the bed had weird white crumbs on it. The breakfast was great as always.

No meio da noite, um hóspede desavisado entrou no meu quarto por erro do hotel. Além disso (como se não fosse suficiente), o barulho é constante, os lençóis são sujos e os quartos, precariamente higienizados. Em suma, muito ruim!

O Hotel é antigo, mas reformado. O quarto é muito bom, colchão excelente, ótima localização, funcionários super prestativos. Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado, mas fomos atendidos imediatamente e solucionado o problema. Café da manhã muito bom. Tenho apenas uma observação. O enxoval, como toalhas, roupas de cama e travesseiros, também precisam ser renovados. Estavam lavados e limpos, mas as roupas de cama com muito cheiro de suor impregnado. Dormi mal por isso, apesar do colchão ser excelente. Pouca coisa para melhorar

Terrível!

O hotel é mediano,a ducha é muito fraca,tive dificuldade para ajustar a temperatura correta da água, pois era sempre muito quente ou fria.A toalhas estavam puidas.o quarto tem um bom espaço e a cama e confortável com roupa de cama nova. O cafe da manhã é bom. Em dois dias,tive que renovar a chave do quarto 4 vezes. Fui acordado no meio do sono com disparo do alarme de fumaça ( hospede fumando no quarto).Pessoas conversando no corredor,terrível. Eu não recomendo.

Descaso do Atendimento

O hotel é muito bom, quartos grandes ,cama exelente, tudo limpo, sempre gostei muito da rede Slaviero mas o atendimento dessa vez ficou muito a desejar, desde de nossa chegada,os funcionários estavam com descaso até para dar informações,quando pedimos uma pizza fora eles deixaram o entregardor ir embora sem ao menos ligar no quarto avisando que ele havia chego. Isso que eu ja tinha interfonado avisando da entrega, mas mesmo assim o fato ocorreu. Muito triste ter que expor isso.

Bom mas com algumas ressalvad.

Tive um problema com a TV (os canais pararam se funcionar, e simplesmente não havia mais opções) e o elevador parou de funcionar para manutenção (detalhe, eu estava no 11º andar). De resto, tudo perfeito, experiência incrível. Muito confortável e tudo limpo!
