Ótimo custo-benefício

Hotel com instalações antigas, porém conservadas. Excelente localização, ótimo atendimento de seus funcionários, café de manhã ocorre no Hotel San Raphael, que é do mesmo grupo, e é do outro lado da rua, o que não é ruim, desde que não esteja chovendo. Café da manhã muito bom. Recomendo e voltaria.

Não vale a pena

Meu quarto estava com o chuveiro sem esquentar a água, isso durante toda a estadia, e a janela do banheiro não fechava, ficava sempre bastante aberta. O quarto não estava bem limpo, a mesa não estava bem limpa quando cheguei, fiz uso de lenços umidecidos pra limpar algumas coisas. O lençol estava sujo, tinha manchas e no geral o ambiente do quarto não é como nas fotos. Fora isso, existe um forte cheiro de mofo no quarto. Para uso público, hotel não tem microondas social pois está estragado e o elevador é bem antigo.

Bem localizado, porém banheiro péssimo!

Hotel antigo, com corredores abafados com cheiro de mofo e paredes infiltradas. O banheiro é minúsculo, com um box extremamente apertado onde só dá pra tomar banho de lado! A tv do quarto não sintoniza direito, o ar condicionado é super antigo e jorra água dentro do quarto. O café da manhã é servido no hotel que fica em frente, mas é realmente muito bom. No mais, a melhor coisa desse hotel é a localização.

viajamos sempre em casal e sempre optamos em ficar no san michel pela localização, porem dessa vez algo nos chamou bastante a atenção. assim que chegamos fomos alocados em um quarto muito ruim, pequeno , banheiro pessimo e televisao sem funcionar e de imediato solicitamos na recepção a mudança de quarto onde fomos muito gentilmente atendidos pelo senhor Roque que foi muito atencioso conosco e sempre muito simpatico durante toda a nossa hospedagem! queriamos deixar aqui o registro de um elogio ao Senhor Roque da recepção por tamanha empatia para conosco. Voltaremos mais vezes para parabenizar o Senhor Roque pessoalmente pois no nosso checkout ele nao estava em sem horario de trabalho. parabens ao hotel San Michel por manter um funcionario 5 estrelas em seu quadro de colaboradores.

O hotel é bem localizado,porem a regiao é bastante perigosa. Se for pra ficar no quarto o local é tranquilo, mas se precisar sair nao é recomendado. Uma pena , pois a regiao tem varios locais culturais que se seguros, valorizariam a hospedagem. Algumas opcoes de alimentação ,por perto. Metro bem próximo. Funcionarios receptivos... A hospedagem, quarto com 2 ambientes.. quarto e sala com frigobar... fui mais por causa da banheira.mas senti pouca vibracao ao liga -la... levei sais de banho, mas ela nao surgiu o efeito desejado ,serviu mais como uma banheira de imersão...creio que precisa de manutenção.

Hotel caindo aos pedaços

Hotel em pessimas condições, elevador pré histórico(parece que vai cair quando sobe e quando desce), paredes descascando. O colchão da cama escorrega, o ar condicionado é barulhento demais, tudo no lugar passa uma vibe de filme de terror, não recomendo nem pro meu pior inimigo! Só fiquei pq já tinha pago, mas a experiência é horrível, se vc preza pelo conforto faça um favor a si mesmo e não se hospede nessa armadilha! Os funcionários são até simpáticos, é o único “ponto positivo” a se ressaltar, de resto ressalto novamente, uma experiência pessima, da pra conseguir algo muito melhor pelo mesmo preço, não cometam o mesmo erro que eu!!!!
