If you are a seasoned traveller this place is fine if basic with a brilliant location in SP and right across the road from airport bus at the Ubis hotel. Its a bit noisy at night in this area, slightly seedy but vibrant. WiFi patchy AC did not work but that's no problem in winter

A localização do Hotel é ótima! Facilita o acesso! Quarto sem barulho também! O que não gostei é que peguei um quarto com hidro, e ela não estava funcionando. Uma funcionária foi até lá para verificar, porém, a assistência não foi, nem deram opção da troca de quarto. Paguei um quarto com banheira de hidromassagem, e não tive a hidromassagem.

Bem localizado, rua movimentada, lugar limpo. Ponto negativo o banheiro não ter box e sim cortina, no quarto não tem lâmpada de teto, somente abaju, isso acaba prejudicando a leitura e maquiagem. A iluminação me faz repensar se me hospedaria novamente, já que viajo a trabalho. Mas os outros pontos são favoráveis.

Hotel antigo como esperado precisando de uma reforma urgente. Nem café da tendo vc deve se deslocar no hotel da frente pra tomar um café bem básico. Cuidando com os ladrão disfarçados de entregadores ali. Tentaram furtar meu celular na porta, estava pro lado dentro, dentro do saguão do hotel, por sorte não conseguiram.. Duvido que o pessoal do hotel já não sabe destas coisas... Pq não tomam providências pra melhorar a segurança?

Jorge da recepção a noite atendimento excepcional, o local é antigo mas bem conservado. Fica de sugestão fazer um acabamento na fresta da porta da sacada que passa muito vento, agora no frio incomoda. Fácil de resolver.
