The pool and gym is small but sufficient. The service at the reception is really good. The rooms are basic but slso ok. My room was towards the street and the noise level was something it took me ome nights to get used to (despite ear plugs)

The Checkin process was long perhaps because it was made with Expedia 20 mins prior to arrival but they could not find my reservation. The room was big but had paint peeling paint. The pool and sauna were nice but the wooden floors of the pool area was shading / peeling off. The staff was pleasant

We arrived with a baby and had to wait to make sure the room was ok for us, when we got there the lights did not work, we had to return to the front desk, wait and check ourselves for the new room. While i went to the hotel, my reservation was not found for about half an hour. I had to call a customer service rep to handle the situation. The room had poor towels for the bathroo. The AC was constantly getting damage. There were no bed covers on the bed. The staff was great in assisting, but a lot of adjustments need to be done.

Was a bit disappointed with the communicstion and the fact that the cleaning staff threw away stuff that I saved for taking back to sweden. A Iron Maiden Glass for example. A estadia foi ótima, os funcionários nos trataram com muita cordialidade, o quarto é limpo e muito grande (pegamos o quarto triplo - e nos surpreendemos com o tamanho, com sala, cozinha, banheiro e dois quartos) e o café da manhã é bem completo e uma delícia. Não entrei na piscina, mas passei por ela e é linda (mas não vi o sol batendo, oq deve deixar a água bem gelada).

Tive uma das piores experiências de hospedagem que já vivi e considero importante registrar. Ao chegar, o quarto não possuía sequer cabides. Ao solicitar na recepção, uma das atendentes demonstrou total descaso no atendimento. Além disso, foi solicitado um cartão adicional para acesso ao quarto (para outro hóspede), e fomos informados de que só seria fornecido mediante pagamento — algo incomum e inadequado para o padrão esperado. O quarto não disponibilizava nem mesmo uma garrafa de água, tampouco havia opção de compra no local. As condições gerais do quarto eram muito ruins: Porta suja Banheiro extremamente pequeno, escuro, sem revestimento adequado (sem cerâmica), com pintura manchada Ausência de televisão Cama com roupa de cama inadequada, que não cobria corretamente o colchão Quarto sem cabeceira e com estrutura muito precária As áreas comuns também deixam a desejar: Corredores com paredes mal conservadas Café da manhã apenas razoável, porém com mesas descascadas Falta de talheres e copos durante o serviço Além disso, os funcionários não utilizavam uniformes, o que reforça a sensação de desorganização e falta de padrão. No geral, a experiência foi extremamente negativa, muito abaixo de qualquer expectativa mínima de hospedagem. Não recomendo.

Já fiz um comentário na reserva anterior. Sentimos a falta do recepcionista Caio, dispensado da equipe, querendo acreditar que retornará em breve por sua competência. Quando ao hotel, como já dito antes, precisa de uma reforma urgente, mas no geral, compensa pelo preço e pelas comissionado, como a geladeira grande, o micro-ondas, a pia de cozinha e os utensílios básicos para refeição, adiar de não ser disponibilizados esponja e detergente. Quanto ao café da manhã, não há manteiga nem requeijão, e banana, apesar de ser uma fruta barata, desta vez não teve (na semana anterior tinha a da terra cozida). Maçã também não tem. Quanto ao mais, tudo para uma refeição balanceada está disponível.
