The pool and gym is small but sufficient. The service at the reception is really good. The rooms are basic but slso ok. My room was towards the street and the noise level was something it took me ome nights to get used to (despite ear plugs)

Hotel needs maintenance, dirty stained walls, bad smell, trash on the hall not collected daily. We arrived with a baby and had to wait to make sure the room was ok for us, when we got there the lights did not work, we had to return to the front desk, wait and check ourselves for the new room. Not a safe area to walk.

While i went to the hotel, my reservation was not found for about half an hour. I had to call a customer service rep to handle the situation. The room had poor towels for the bathroo. The AC was constantly getting damage. There were no bed covers on the bed. The staff was great in assisting, but a lot of adjustments need to be done.

Was a bit disappointed with the communicstion and the fact that the cleaning staff threw away stuff that I saved for taking back to sweden. A Iron Maiden Glass for example. Hugely disappointed that the staff didn't answer on whatsapp when I made a Complain about this. Also the room service menu and whatsapp order for the room service didn't work....

Gostaria de registrar alguns pontos que considero importantes. As informações do hotel precisam ser atualizadas. Foi informada que havia um bar funcionando até as 23h, inclusive recebi os horários por WhatsApp no dia do check-in. No entanto, na primeira noite procurei o bar e fui informada pela equipe de que o hotel não possui mais esse serviço. Também constava nas informações que o hotel oferecia um “mercadinho”. Antes da minha chegada, confirmei essa informação pelo WhatsApp e foi confirmado que havia, sim. Porém, ao chegar, o market estava praticamente vazio, com pouquíssimas opções disponíveis, o que me impediu de comprar o que eu havia planejado. Em relação ao quarto, aguardei até o horário oficial de check-in, às 14h, e mesmo assim fui informada de que o quarto ainda estava sendo arrumado. Ao entrar, o chão apresentava bastante poeira, dando a impressão de que a limpeza não havia sido feita adequadamente. Além disso, o hotel disponibiliza pratos e talheres, mas não fornece esponja e detergente para a higienização, o que acaba gerando um transtorno. Por fim, o ar-condicionado faz um barulho excessivo durante a noite, o que prejudicou o descanso. Acredito que esses pontos merecem atenção para melhorar a experiência dos hóspedes. Em relação à equipe, nada a falar sobre. Gostei bastante!

Apesar de aparentar ser um hotel, a hospedagem não oferece estrutura compatível com esse tipo de acomodação. O banheiro do quarto é extremamente pequeno, o que compromete bastante o conforto, especialmente para estadias mais longas. Os corredores têm forte cheiro de cigarro, o que torna a circulação desagradável e inadequada, principalmente para crianças. Além disso, não há restaurante ou qualquer serviço de refeições no local, exceto para café da manhã, o que dificulta a estadia de famílias. Os móveis são antigos e visivelmente desgastados, passando a sensação de falta de manutenção. Não é uma hospedagem apropriada para famílias, seja pela falta de estrutura, conforto ou ambiente adequado. A experiência está muito aquém do esperado para quem busca algo com padrão de hotel.

Recepção de excelente nível! Optei por realizar um early check-in na data e foi uma experiência satisfatória, pagamento fácil e rapido, sem burocracia. O quarto é excelente e bem amplo, a cama é extremamente confortável e limpa. A instalação da TV com a Roku TV também é ótima, tornou o ambiente mais aconchegante e pessoal. Banheiro nota 10 e a copa muito espaçosa. O único ponto que deixou a desejar foi uma mesa de ferro no quarto, que estava com um defeito no suporte, o que deixava ela bamba e não conseguia apoiar meus objetos pessoais.
