We had another amazing stay at Rosewood. There was a small issue with our room, but it was quickly resolved by Nathalia, the manager at the time, and her team, who went above and beyond. The stay here for 2 nights was absolutely amazing. The staff is so professional, very friendly, they have a personal trainer 24 hours available in the gym and even fruit to eat after a work out. Every detail inside the hotel room is carefully put together and the craftsmanship is excellent. I would 10/10 recommend a stay here and it’s worth every dollar you pay.

Wow, what a stunning hotel! I loved the design of the property throughout. The pool area is lovely, the gym is top notch with great variety of the equipment and a few classes to choose from. Spa is small but nice and I had one of the best massages of my life , and I had many ;) I would totally recommend

We recently stayed at the Rosewood São Paulo for the second time, and once again, the experience reminded us why we love this hotel so much. Our first stay was absolutely flawless—everything from the room to the service was impeccable. On our second visit, we encountered a few hiccups at the beginning, but what truly impressed us was how the situation was handled. Natalia, the manager, and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was corrected promptly. Not only did she take care of every detail with genuine care and professionalism, but she also made sure that both us and our guests felt incredibly welcomed and valued. Thanks to her, the rest of our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Rosewood São Paulo continues to be our favorite place to stay in the city and one of our favorites in the world. We will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is an absolute delight. We stayed in a wonderfully designed and decorated room. The amenities are top-notch, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly. However, I felt the hotel was somewhat overused. The other buildings and clubs, like Soho House on the premises, share the same services as the hotel. The restaurants are popular with business people, and the gym and pools are lovely but crowded with other visitors. This made me feel less valued as a guest. Given the cost per night, this was a bit disappointing.
