One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at, and I stay at many Four Seasons etc. Beautiful rooms and excellent food. Very nice spa facilities. Did not feel over crowded. This property is unreal-- the most gorgeous space with every detail intentional, beautiful and full of depth. The service was exceptional and we were very well taken care of with every need anticipated. The room was exquisite with a beautiful bar, spacious bedroom and living space and modern. Bed incredible. Our first stay was absolutely flawless—everything from the room to the service was impeccable. On our second visit, we encountered a few hiccups at the beginning, but what truly impressed us was how the situation was handled. Natalia, the manager, and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was corrected promptly. Not only did she take care of every detail with genuine care and professionalism, but she also made sure that both us and our guests felt incredibly welcomed and valued. Thanks to her, the rest of our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Rosewood São Paulo continues to be our favorite place to stay in the city and one of our favorites in the world.
