The location is excellent, near great restaurants, bars and malls. The staff is friendly and make sure to answer the questions. The room was comfortable with a good mattress, perfect for one person or maybe a couple. It needed a better care though

A equipe de funcionários do hotel não sabdm nada. Foi preciso que um funcionário da manutenção nos desse ajuda e nos trocasse de quarto para um com o padrão Transamérica. O primeiro oferecido estava com vários problemas, enquanto que o segundo estava realmente bom.

Localização EXCELENTE, e o pessoal da Portaria super solícitos e atenciosos. Entretanto, a limpeza do quarto deixou bastante a desejar, o chão estava deliberadamente sujo. A comunicação pré check-in também foi aquém do esperado. As instalações do quarto e do prédio são muito boas.

Estava bem sujo o quarto que foi disponibilizado, banheiro fedendo a urina e totalmente empoeirado, parece que não tinha sido limpo a bastante tempo. Entrei em contato com a plataforma e eles me trocaram de quarto e estava menos sujo, pensei em eu mesma limpar já que estava menos sujo que o outro, mas não tinha utensílios para limpeza. Tinha uma barata no banheiro, mesmo sendo bastante alto. Pedi uma vassoura mas não podiam disponibilizar, acredito que como a limpeza é cobrada a parte, é proposital não darem faxina antes da estadia. Também não achei o lugar seguro, solicitaram minha biometria facial, mas não era necessário para absolutamente nada, nem para entrar ou sair do prédio. O Studio tem um tamanho bom, mas precisa de melhorarem a limpeza.

Appartement agréable, communication compliquée

L'appartement est agréable et situé à proximité d'une station de métro. En revanche la procédure de check-in via WhatsApp a été extrêmement compliquée à tel point que jusqu'au dernier moment je ne savais pas si j'allais bien avoir un logement. Les converstaions par messages étaient interrompues, il était impossible de joindre le personnel par téléphone. Il fallait envoyer énormément d'informations personnelles, une photo du passeport (et non un scan), un selfie, ce deux reprises... Même en envoyant un ami local lusophone vérifier la réservation en amont, ça a été très compliqué. Aucun autre logement en trois semaines au Brésil ne m'a demandé autant d'informations préalables au check-in, donc ça ne doit pas être obligatoire. Bref je déconseille ce logement aux étrangers.
