The hotel was great , very clean , front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, quick check in , parking facilities is near the hotel , reasonable price, they only think I didn’t like much is the area , the streets are dirty

Café da manhã bom. Atendimento e equipe OK. O trânsito na região central de São Paulo é muito confuso. A localização do estacionamento não é muito conveniente. Incomoda haver degraus entre a recepção e os elevadores. A ducha fica no escuro e a água escorre para o banheiro.

Localização estratégica, bem central, próximo a metrô. O quarto que selecionei é bem pequeno, mas tem o essencial - uma cama tamanho 'casal' bem confortável, frigobar abastecido, banheiro cm chuveiro de caldeira. Café da manhã com uma variedade razoável, mas senti falta de itens meio básicos, como suco natural e pão de queijo. Não cheguei a ligar ar condicionado, dia estava fresco. Mas quarto tem ventilador de teto e ar condicionado. Só achei que a temperatura do aquecimento central podia entregar água um pouco mais quente. Levando em conta o custo-benefício, achei uma ótima opção central em SP

Achamos o quarto bem pequeno, apesar de ser para casal. Toalhas, travesseiros e roupas de cama precisam ser trocados, no nosso quarto pelo menos estavam bem velhos. Café da manhã muito bom, não tem muita variedade, porém o suficiente para um ótimo café. Localização perfeita.

Hotel em excelente localização. Atendimento rapido e ágil. Quarto super limpo, porém com algumas observações: Cama pouco confortável e fraca, evitei me mexer muito durante a noite com medo da cama box quebrar!!, chuveiro demora muito a esquentar e ar condicionado não esquentou/esfriou simplesmente apenas ligava! Café da manhã ok No checkout simplesmente queriam me cobrar pela água e chiclete consumidos do frigobar, sendo que EU NUNCA CONSUMO NADA DE FRIGOBAR! minha água sempre compro em mercado! Retirando esse fato inconveniente no checkout, aplico uma nota de 7.0/10 no qual atinge minha media de satisfação!
