no local quando chegamos vimos que na verdade não tinha nenhum estacionamento ,como descrever o anúncio estacionamento grátis no local, o carro tinha que ficar na rua exposto sem segurança nenhuma e fica difícil por não conhecer a região e as redondezas.Triste por que na chegada e ao verificar essas coisas me senti enganada , fomos embora e não ficamos no hotel como havíamos planejado

simplicidade para pessoas pouco exigentes.

Bem , não classifico este local como hotel , eles alugam suítes , que possuem frigobar e microondas , mas não tem serviços como café da manha ou camareiras , mas as instalações são satisfatórias e preço justo . A localização do imóvel é um tanto ruim , uma ladeira íngrime e as casas em volta muito simples , mas não percebi nada de violencia ,no entorno , foi só uma primeira impressão.

Ótimo custo x beneficio mas sem estacionamento

Um ótimo custo x benefício para estadias a trabalho. Não tem café da manhã mas tem pia, frigobar, micro-ondas e tanque no quarto. O local possui uma dificuldade enorme pra estacionar pois o hotel não possui estacionamento e na rua o espaço é exíguo (muitas casas próximas e todas com guias rebaixadas pelas garagens particulares). O quarto é bem espaçoso e solicitei quarto com cama de casal mas me deram com duas camas de solteiro.

Essa foi a segunda vez que fui ao estabelecimento. Na primeira, apesar da pouca experiência de quem nos atendeu, pois deu uma confusão enorme no check in, tudo foi resolvido e ficamos bem. Mas dessa vez a mesma confusão aconteceu, só que o atendente, que era o mesmo da primeira vez, nos colocou (eu e meu marido) em um quarto com camas de solteiro e sem ar condicionado, sendo que reservei com cama de casal e com ar condicionado, no porão da casa. Fiquei extremamente decepcionada, já que havia reservado o quarto conforme mencionado acima. Além disso, o funcionário era debochado e ficava com piadinhas dando a entender que não tínhamos condições de ficar em um quarto melhor. Para não me aborrecer, preferi ficar no porão, mas com certeza irei resolver isso judicialmente, já que tenho todas as provas da reserva feita. Vou três vezes por ano para SP a trabalho e confesso que esse lugar foi uma péssima experiência, que ainda vai gerar dor de cabeça. Não aconselho ninguém se hospedar lá. Pois a pessoa reserva uma coisa e dão outra e ainda tem que ouvir piadinha de funcionário 'sem noção.
