Muito ruim

Hotel tem uma manutenção muito ruim. O apt estava com várias coisas estragadas, tomadas, secador, tampa privada, portal papel, telefone, etc. só tinha uma toalha no quarto apesar de ser reversa para casal.

There is no world in which this hotel is a 4-star. The rooms are poorly patched up everywhere you look. Everything is worn off. We switched rooms as in the first one half of the lights were not working as well as the A/C. In the second room several lights weren’t working either. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very good, but the rooms are really ready for a serious makeover.

Amplo e confortável

Dei entrada no hotel à noite e no dia seguinte pela manhã, quando fui lavar o cabelo, não tinha shampoo na embalagem do banheiro. O que me salvou foi que eu tinha levado na mala. Outra coisa que não gostei foi que a toalha "limpa" que peguei estava com uma sujeira. Fiquei na dúvida se era mancha ou sujeira. Outra coisa meio desagradável é o carpete do quarto encardido. No mais o hotel é maravilhoso, amplo, confortável, excelente café da manhã, funcionários educados e cordiais.

Tive uma experiência muito ruim, precisei sair antes do previsto e me hospedar em outro lugar. O quarto estava em péssimas condições, bem diferente das fotos — tudo velho e mal conservado. O ar-condicionado mal tapava o buraco na parede, e havia muito barulho durante a madrugada. Para piorar, fiquei preso no elevador com outras pessoas por quase 45 minutos e depois descobri que até as escadas de emergência estavam trancadas. Ainda teve alarme de incêndio disparando no meu andar e ninguém sabia explicar direito.

Boa localização

A localização é muito boa . Porém acredito que o restaurante precise atualizar sua decoração . Como também o mobiliário do Quarto . Fiquei no 604 , um apartamento grande , porém as persianas estavam travando, havia uma madeira no local onde acedito ser o antigo ar condicionado . E a acústica no banehiro e horrível.

Muito bom recomendo.

Hotel aconchegante, quartos organizados e limpos. Amplos em espaço, realizavam as trocas de toalhas diariamente e arrumacao das camas. Restaurante com pedidos fartos e cafe da manha satisfatorio. Unico ponto negativo é que so haviam 2 elevadores em funcionamento, oque as vezes atrasava bastante dependendo da quantidade de hospedes.
