Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful stay at QOYA From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Business stay in Sao Paulo

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were not large, but they were very comfortable and had everything you could want from a coffee maker with Illy coffee to an iron, blow dryer, and a chocolate in the afternoon. The room service was very nice as well - I was surprised at the quality and flavour of the food both nights that I ordered dinner. The hotel is well-located, although I admit I did not walk around the area much as I mostly took quick Uber rides to nearby meetings. I will certainly stay here again.

Great location and friendly staff. Spa still not available and only swimming pool and gym are functioning. Breakfast average and choices could been better as other 4/5stars hotel. Overall comfortable, clean and ok WiFi to work.
