SRS gostaria de expor minha profunda insatisfação com esse hotel, o café da manhã estava ruim não tinha chocolate para colocar no leite, o pão estava velho o bolo duro como se fosse de dias, não tinha manteiga o rapaz da cozinha nos disse que fornecedor não havia entregue mas acho que num hotel deste eles deveriam comprar para os hóspedes não ficarem sem, as estações esta horrível. A única coisa que realmente eu recomendo neste hotel e o atendimento dos funcionário pois o demais achei tudo horrível

Não gostei do Hotel, diária não é barata e deixa muito a desejar! Falta manutenção nas áreas comuns! Troquei de quarto pois o ar estava quebrado e no outro também tive problemas com o ar, minha sorte é que o clima estava frio e dormi com a janela aberta! Café da manhã bastante a desejar, sem muitas opções e muita falha no serviço de garçom! Até bate boca entre garçom e cliente teve (detalhe que o cliente estava com total razao)! Realmente não indico.

Os hóspedes precisaram de água quente de madrugada para tomar banho e não tinha. Quando reclamaram na recepção, ouviram um "não podemos fazer nada". Continuaram reclamando até que conseguiram trocar de quarto, mas tiveram que descer na recepção de madrugada para buscar a chave. Péssimo serviço.

Underconstruction

This hotel had very friendly staff with good management. We had a string of problems at check-in that included unclean rooms, lack of preparedness (reserved extra bed which was not ready for our check in until 11pm), and many faulty electrical problems and lack of communication. The staff was very zealous to work out our problems and to make our stay comfortable. The Hotel was still upgrading which was not listed or communicated through hotels.com website.

Por fora o Hotel é bonito, mas o interior é um desastre. De início, solicitei cama de casal, havia duas de solteiro. Os móveis do quarto extremamente velhos e a tv ainda de tubo. Bastante canais, mas o sinal de TV caía com regularidade. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, não houve limpeza no quarto durante minha estadia. O café é bom, o wifi também. O preço é bem acima da média. Portanto, não recomendo.

Fiquei apenas um dia, mas foi o suficiente para ver a precariedade hotel. Logo na chegada observa-se a recepção precisando de reparos urgentes.. ao entrar no elevador, um dos atendentes do hotel me informou que estavam com problemas no gás e que não teria água quente e que eu poderia tomar banho em um outro hotel.. como?? Ao entrar no quarto, observei que não era somente a recepção que precisava de reparos, mas o hotel como um todo!! Não recomendo!

Hotel muito simples! Bem localizado, mas não vale o valor pago. Instalações razoáveis, mas muitos problemas. O hotel não tem adaptadores para tomadas diferentes da brasileira. O café-da-manhã é bem simples também e muito mal atendido! A máquina de café estava quebrada e ficamos sem tomar café, sem a menor preocupação do atendente, que disse que iria passar café e que levaria 10 minutos.

O hotel dispõe de um bom atendimento, de quarto que atende bem a uma necessidade de viagem de negócios. Ademais, a localização em relação a cidades da região metropolitana de São Paulo é satisfatória para quem tem carro próprio. Já o valor da diária poderia ser melhor, uma vez que, em rápida pesquisa na internet, encontram-se várias opções de hoteis (com iguais ou melhores condições estruturais e de atendimento), em Santo André-SP, com preço mais em conta.

Depois de visualizar as fotos do Hotel no site fiquei decepcionado com o que vi pessoalmente. Hotel muito antigo e bem mal cuidado, somente um elevador que é muito lento. Café da manhã muito fraco. Jantar self service também muito fraco, sem opções e com aparência de sobra do almoço.

Gym ur funktion och grön pool

Gymmet var ur funktion (alla maskiner!!) och poolen var grön av alger. Alltså kan man inte nyttja den. Rummen var stora men fönsterna 1-glas varav man från ALLA rum hörde motorvägen och den stora vägen utanför. Öronproppar ett måste!!! Restaurangen ok, inget märkvärdigt. Det enda som var bra var att det var städat väl på rummen. Dock luktade kläderna ordentligt med MÖGEL när man kom hem. Jag skulle INTE rekommendera detta hotellet till någon.
