Hotel is well located and well organized. Food at the restaurant is excellent and service is amazing. Even though I have a trouble free stay, the hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are tiny with a dated wired layout. My room phone did not work my whole stay, and pool is exposed to the public area of the restaurant, impossible to be private while swimming there.

Our stay was very pleasant. The only issue we had was with the safety box which gave us issues for a few until the staff eventually replaced it. The rooms were nice (although a bit small, specially for a family of 4), the restaurant was very nice as well, and there was several activities to entrarían the kids.

The hotel has seen better days. We had several issues. The room didn’t have hot water for two days. Room too small. Gym is a joke, equipment broken, very light weight, and the equipments working poorly. TV didn’t have any cable channels, only free ones. Bed wasn’t good and pillows very bad. The hotel as a whole is bad, very ill maintained. The only good thing is the view.

A equipe de um modo geral é educada, rápida no atendimento, gostamos bastante. O café da manhã é excelente, nota 10. Dois unicos pontos que não gostamos e que poderiam melhorar são: 1) O Layout do banheiro com o vaso sanitario separado. Isso tornou tudo muito apertado, na verdade ficaria muito melhor se unificado, ficaria mais funcional e não haveria motivo pra reclamar. Entendo que isso demanda reformas e custos, porém acredito que os hospedes iriam agradecer. 2) A TV só tem alguns canais via parabolica, que não prestam pra nada, creio que seria um custo muito pequeno colocarem TV por assinatura, além disso hoje em dia todos temos usuarios na Netflix ou Prime ou Youtube, então seria muito melhor TVs Smart.
