The worst hotel motel in Brazil everything dirty recepcionists rude they try to charge you for everything and you don’t take it far from everything no restaurants near nothing stay away and very dangerous really and of course the WiFi is not working

Recomendo o hotel, paguei barato e é simples mas oferece café da manhã, funcionários atenciosos e quarto tem uma tv boa. E o preço super acessível pra SP, não fica longe do metrô e ônibus.

No momento q cheguei a recepcionista nem na minha cara olhou. Onde falei tem como vc olhar pra mim e ela respondeu pode falar , e eu rindo falei tô falando com vc ou com as paredes . Enfim lugar é bem estilo motel cama com plástico barulho nos corredores tv antigaaaa barulho dos aviões o tempo inteiro. Café bem fraquinho o básico dos básicos

Sempre que vou a São Paulo me hospedo aqui. Quartos grandes e confortáveis, preço justo e bem localizado, com mercado a 50 metros e metrô a 20 minutos de caminhada.

Quanto a recepção deixa tudo a desejar, não somos imformados de absolutamente nada,apenas recebem o pagamento e entregam a chave do quarto, temos que ficar ligando pra nos informar de tudo, isso parece ser padrão pq tds atendentes não tem aquele atendimento necessário com o cliente, o colchão e travesseiro muito ruim de plástico e duro, o quarto tem cinzeiros e fedem muito a cigarro,café da manhã simples WiFi não pega fiquei 3 dias e não usei, emfim a única coisa boa é a localização por ser perto de supermercados e shopping...mas precisa melhorar muito em tds os aspectos, principalmente ao atendimento ao cliente.sinto muito em não poder dar uma estrela melhor. Particularmente não indico.

Já conheço o hotel, gosto da localização e do conforto em geral. Dessa vez fiquei no quarto 101 que estava com alguns problemas simples (ar não gelava e interfone não funcionava) mas tirando isso foi tudo ótimo, vou voltar mais vezes
