Good place to stay close to Congonhas Airport

Good place if you need to stay close to the airport. Super comfortable, helpful and friendly staff as well. They also offer a free shuttle to Congonhas airport, which is super!

close to airport but shabby

Positives: close to airport; shuttle was efficient Negatives: room was shabby; things were broken (the bedside lamp was falling apart, the toilet didn't flush properly); the bottom sheet on the bed didn't cover the mattress at the foot; one staff person told us breakfast started at 7AM (too late for us) but when we got to lobby at 6AM for our shuttle, others were eating; shuttle system was confusing (you had to ask for a ticket).

The noise levels in the bedroom were so high that the windows were rattling every 5 minutes when a plan took off. It felt like I had my bad on the runway without any noise insulation

Péssima experiência, uma bagunça.

Péssima experiência! Me hospedei com meu noivo, me colocaram em um quarto família dividido com outros hóspedes, tinha uma porta que separava um quarto do outro com nenhuma acústica, dava para ouvir tudo que as outras hóspedes conversam, inclusive o despertador tocando cedo e o secador de cabelo. No mesmo final de semana que me hospedei, hospedaram várias crianças/adolescentes, parecia times de futebol que tomaram conta do hotel sem respeitar nenhuma regra. O dia todo com Gritaria para todo o lado, elevadores e corredores encharcados, nas piscinas tinham concursos de mortais e pulos além de várias bolas para todo o lado. Impossível sentar em volta da piscina sem sair encharcado ou ganhar uma bolada. Ao reclamar com o hotel tive a resposta: "você sabe como são crianças". Então não existe regras para crianças e adolescentes!? O que era para ser um final de semana de descanso virou um verdadeiro inferno e o hotel deixou com que essas crianças e adolescentes fizessem o que quisessem sem respeitar nenhuma regra. Muita falta de respeito com os demais hóspedes, uma vez que o hotel estava lotado.

Ruim. Eu já havia ficado anteriormente neste hotel e por isso eu retornei. Desta vez não fui atendido em minha solicitação prévia (camas de solteiro avulsas). Tive que pagar extra para o café da manhã. A própria recepcionista do hotel disse que não poderiam ter usado o nome deles nesta reserva. Cliente mal atendido simplesmente NÃO volta mais, existem outras opções.

Fiz a reserva de um quarto que pelo site mostrava uma tv no quarto e uma na sala, porém ao chegar vi que não tinha a tv do quarto, liguei na recepção e me informaram que estavam ainda instalando as tvs. O Wi-Fi no quarto é horrivel, não funciona. O café da manhã é muito bom, a piscina aquecida é top, o estacionamento é pago custa 30 reais por dia porém teve ocasião de eu ter q esperar uns 20 minutos para buscarem meu carro. A localização do hotel é boa, o serviço de quarto estranhei que esvaziaram o lixo mas não arrumaram a cama. O atendimento na recepção é muito bom.

Hotel excelente e café da manhã muito bom! A localização é ótima, pois além de ser próximo ao CGH, é estratégico para locomoção nas demais áreas da Cidade. Recomendo e sempre me hospedo quando estou em SP. Único ponto de atenção é com relação a limpeza dos estofados que pode melhorar. O quarto família é excelente quando vai com criança. Levei comidas para a minha filha e guardei na geladeira (não é frigobar), tem mesa com ferro de passar, microondas e afins. Recomendo!

Boa estadia, mas com pontos a melhorar

De modo geral, a acomodação foi boa. Fui muito bem atendido logo na chegada, realizei o check-in sem problemas e o atendimento foi cordial. Por não ter muita experiência com hotéis, tive algumas dificuldades no início. Por exemplo, fiquei preso no elevador por alguns minutos até aprender a utilizá-lo com o cartão do quarto. Além disso, demorei um pouco para entender o funcionamento da porta do quarto: ela permanece trancada mesmo sem girar a trava interna, mas ao puxar a maçaneta pelo lado de dentro, a porta abre normalmente. Também levei um tempo para descobrir como acender as luzes, pois era necessário inserir o cartão na entrada específica para liberar a energia. O telefone do ramal não estava funcionando, o que me deixou um pouco confuso para entrar em contato com a recepção, mas felizmente isso foi resolvido. Um ponto muito negativo foi o frio no quarto. Mesmo com as janelas fechadas, eu sentia um vento gelado entrando durante a noite, o que tornou a experiência desconfortável. Precisei dormir com duas cobertas e várias peças de roupa, mas o vento continuava entrando de alguma forma. Por fim, a descrição informava que o quarto era à prova de ruído, mas ainda assim era possível ouvir claramente o barulho dos carros na rodovia ao lado. Outro incômodo foi a TV do quarto, que exibia com frequência um aviso de atualização do sistema. Não era possível atualizar por falta de espaço e, mesmo fechando o aviso, ele voltava a aparecer, o que atrapalhava qnd eu queria assistir.
