We had a small issue with the room, they quickly took charged and fix the issue moving us to another room. Breakfast was ok, definitely a great brazil experience to try their type of breakfast. The location is great, staff was amazing our room was very clean. We spoke English and they trued very hard to accommodate us, love the welcoming. Highly recommended this spot. We enjoyed supper one evening it was very nice, great favor.

Good check in Nice friendly staff Brilliant location and good fresh breakfast. The bedroom was a good size but very neglected The bathroom leaked into the bedroom from the wardrobe (yes), the skirting and the toilet needed a bucket of water each time to flush properly. Mosquitoes in the room 14 floors up which surprised me when I got bitten, and the water tap (faucet) in the bathroom dripped constantly. All in all the area and location is fantastic, the hotel has many good points but the basics need attention

The staff was great and attentive, and proficient at using Google Translate, if you don’t speak Portuguese. Only 2 real complaints was the room keys had issues and kept demagnetizing causing us to have to get new keys from the front desk this happen a few times, and the cleaning crew places the top sheet over the comforter when they make the beds, which is a concern, aside from that the hotel was nice, exceptionally considering the great location in the jardins area which is one of the most affluent and safe neighborhoods. The hotel was walking distance to MASP (Museum of Art- go there on a Tuesday when it is free admission) the subway, and Seen (cocktail bar with large windows where you see the skyline of the enormous city, trendy spot).

The area was super walkable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was not quite up to a great standard with a stain reminiscent of pink mold on the floor of the shower, as well as a window with no covering in the shower providing little privacy while using the bathroom.

Ok hotel, good location. The room was a bit tatty, needs a bit of updating. Shower was boiling or cold. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool almost always in the shade as it's on the ground level surrounded by tall buildings. Saunas were not working. Only 5 minutes walk from paulista avenue.

This hotel is far from a 4-star property. The photos on Hotels.com are misleading and do not reflect the hotel’s true condition. Most furnishings and facilities appear old, worn-out, scratched, or damaged—often all at once. The rooms are poorly decorated, have an unpleasant odor, and were full of flies (especially in the bathroom), indicating poor hygiene or long periods without occupancy. The bathroom feels outdated, equipped with the most basic, low‑quality amenities. The corridor leading to the rooms looks creepy, with a dated 1950s atmosphere. The staff, while friendly, seemed disorganized and slow. Check‑in took 30 minutes, and the lack of English‑speaking staff made the process even more difficult. I encourage Hotels.com to review the properties listed on its platform to ensure that what is advertised matches what guests actually experience. Wyndham Paulista is labeled as a 4‑star hotel, but as someone who frequently stays in 4‑star properties, I can confidently say this one would not even qualify as 1 star.
