The hotel is a dump. Lots of problems in the rooms and breakfast is a battle with the number of people trying to get to the buffet with lots of empty serving trays. The food is not supplied/replaced quickly enough. It’s a royal disaster. If you’d like to throw your money in the garbage, go ahead and book to stay at this dump. My advice is: run, run, run. Book somewhere else. Good luck!

This was my second stay. The first time I had a room on the 11th floor, which had been renovated and had a coffee maker. My second time, the rooom was on the 7th floor and, while clean and with a comfortable bed, it was showing some wear and tear (few power outlets, slightly broken toilet flush buttons). Would recommend their premium rooms on the 10th and 11th floors.

Un hotel sencillo pero acogedor, muy bien ubicado en el centro de São Paulo, atrás del Ministerio de Educación y a dos cuadras de una estación del metro, siempre hay policia y una patrulla cerca por lo cual se siente un ambiente seguro. Está cerca de zona de bares por lo que hay ambiente juvenil todas las noches, el personal es sumamente amable y atiende todas las de las necesidades: yo tuve una situación con el agua fría en mi habitación y de inmediato lo resolvieron.

A limpeza do quarto foi terrível, precisava solicitar todo dia. Chegou ao ponto de esquecerem um escova de lavar o vaso sanitário dentro da pia.Cabelo no box. Recipiente de shampo com água.Colchão muito antigo, molas fracas, desconfortável demais pra.dormir. Fiz solicitações e reclamações na recepção sobre a higiene do banheiro / vaso sanitário, más não foi resolvido. No último dia não foi feita a arrumação do quarto e nos 2 dias anteriores só foram feitas após eu solicitar na recepção. Lamentável, um terror. Não recomendo.
