This was my second stay. The first time I had a room on the 11th floor, which had been renovated and had a coffee maker. My second time, the rooom was on the 7th floor and, while clean and with a comfortable bed, it was showing some wear and tear (few power outlets, slightly broken toilet flush buttons). Would recommend their premium rooms on the 10th and 11th floors.

Finally a gym worth the name. Could use some more maintainance on the cardio machines, but big and with lots of weights...not easy to find and worth a review more than all other features. Chapeau for that.

A localização é o ponto positivo do Slaviero Downtown. Quanto às instalações, o equipamento deixa muito a desejar: a vazão da água do chuveiro é sofrível de tão fraca. Além disso o aquedor da água não funcionou: tive que tomar banho a conta-gotas e ainda por cima a agua estava fria!!!! Retornei ao hotel às 15h e meu quarto ainda nao estava arrumado. Posteirormente, quando teornei às 17:30 a camareira estava finalizando a arrumação, mas o quarto seuqer foi varrido. Enfim: fiquei muito decepcionada.

Ja fui varias vezes no slaviero, mas dessa vez se superou de ruim, peguei um quarto bem sofrido com o ar condicionado ruim, achei as camadeiras muito amadoras, entraram 2 vezes no meu quarto, batiam uma vez na porta e ja abriam achei muito constrangedor, inclusive falei na recepção, nota zero dessa vez.

Não aceitem up grade

Fiz um up grade de um quarto para outro, paguei mais para receber um apartamento com problemas, banheiro sem reforma antigo, com saboneteira soltando, pouca água na ducha e ducha higiênica sem pressão alguma. Ainda me questiono por que paguei mais caro por não ter recebido nada de diferente.
