Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms and common areas are overall clean, and the shower has amazing water pressure. The gym is well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and responsive. On the downside, there can be long lines at the front desk, and the pool isn’t as updated as shown in the pictures—it could use some renovation.

Room was great, had a separate seating area, the shower was fantastic! Breakfast was charged separately, but very worth it! A good variety of yummy food. Unfortunately there was construction going on and I was awaken at midnight with some loud pounding noises; called the front desk and it stopped. The area is safe and walkable with several bars/restaurants around.

The property is quirky, the staff are excellent, the dining is good. There are some old-fashioned touches - washing lines in the bathroom - and in places there is a clear need for refurbishment, but it's a comfortable place to stay. And the swimming pool is excellent. I realise from other reviews that one must book a superior room in order to have bottled water and tea-making facilities in the room, but in my view this should be available in all rooms as standard.

A bit dated, but clean. Some staff spoke English, but not the majority, which is problematic in a tourism-industry. Not a native English speaker I expect other languages than the country’s is spoken at hotels. Else friendly staff.

Nice room in a good location, but there was water dripping from the bathroom ceiling and it made noise all night long. Hallway ceilings were under construction, so there were large holes in the ceiling. Otherwise, it was fine and staff were helpful.

Colchão muito firme, só um travesseiro. Ar condicionado um pouco fraco. Limpeza foi excelente. Sauna, piscina grande e aquecida maravilhosa. O vaso sanitário não dava descarga com pressão, quase impossível fazer tudo descer bem. Mattress was very firm, only 1 pillow. Air conditioning was a little weak. Cleaning was excellent. Sauna was working fine and the pool is huge and heated. Toilet had weak pressure, impossible to flush if toilet paper is thrown. Outdated features and look, however the room still looked alright.

The staff is very nice and the hotel lobby is pretty. The rooms are very small and congested (beds and bathroom). Beds are hard and the linen is poor quality. Limited power outlets in awkward places around the room. Amenities in the bathroom were not refilled properly even after service. The elevators are extremely slow and unintuitive and it takes forever to get to the room from the lobby and back. Still use stripe card keys that tend to get demagnetized easily. Lastly in my case EXTREMELY noisy! There was construction going on right above my room and they ran a drill on a Friday morning from 8am till late evening. No warning was provided for me to make alternate arrangements in time for my office calls. Then on Friday night through Sat afternoon, the neighboring building had some sort of low whining alarm blaring through and through.

Well located in the center by the Cancer Institute. That's why we chose this hotel, the offered good breakfast Its confusing because they advertised with breakfast included but not really it is extra. Even i requested all meal pr paid before hand not one extra meal was provided to my family there, sent messages several times and got as an answer like upgrade your room instead of Staff members answering my questions on the requests ... i tried to let them understood that i was paying all 6 nights with all 5 breakfast lunch and dinner because my family are poor and were not able to pay anything extra BUT NOT ONE PERSON WAS ABLE TO HELP ME, i requested an audience with manager and txt me but never reply to my requests... very very frustrated with them and will never ever use this hotel again... it is not OK not to reply to customers requests... we are paying your salary and you have a job because people like us use your facilities....
