The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and the hotel restaurant was awesome. I will definitely stay here again. In addition to being a great hotel it was also perfectly situated making it very easy to explore the city.

This is not a 5 star hotel. I have no problem with the hotel itself especially for the price just that I expected a 5 star as it was advertised as such. The A/C did not cool below 19.5-20C, the door handle was somewhat broken, and the pillows were uncomfortable. Not a 5-star experience. That being said the staff was great. I was only there one night so I did not complain.

I think the hotel staff makes this property so special. Yes great location, great rooms but the staff makes it special. I don’t think I was told no the whole visit. If I could think of one negative it could the gym. The equipment could use an update but a Smart Fit was across the street which was a really good gym connected to a great mall.

The hotel is a great place to experience the Times Square like atmosphere of Avenida Paulista. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a convenient location and its staff provides excellent service. The gym equipment is old and none of the machines and equipment work. Good option in Paulista but a pricey one.
