The hotel advertises as a Luxury Business Hotel which is not the case at all. The rooms are basic and no luxury amenities.

Bruno , afternoon reception leader was excellent. Empathetic, proactive, taking ownership and solving unsettling situations. Honest and human in his approach to the customer. An asset for the hotel which should praise and recognize that kind of behavior

Excellwnt location

The hotel is very well located on Avenida Paulista. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The only problem was that the keys were damaged, but at reception they fixed them immediately.

Best in Sao Paulo

I've been here before and loved the place except the Internet was slow when using a vpn. However since then they've improved their internet dramatically and now it is my favorite place in Sao Paulo to stay. I'll most likely be back multiple times
