Location! it is well located with many nearby restaurants for all budgets. Good quality/price ratio. The AC worked very well which was a problem at a major chain hotel where I stayed 4 nights prior. Easy check in. Room had a mini bar which is useful if you are craving something. The only negative is that I could hear next door’s shower when used.

Great hotel in am excellent location

This hotel is in a great location near to shops, bars & great restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean with good facilties. There is 1 English speaking chap on reception & for everything else use google translate. Breakfast is basic but great coffee & decent continental selection & eggs. For the price, this hotel is a great choice & couldn't fault it. Would 100% recommend & book again.

The hotel is slightly dated but seems most places are there. The service was amazing and everyone at the front desk were helpful and very kind. Is this place the ritz? No, but it’s clean, great location, amazing staff, and I will definitely come back. Also rooms are very very large.

Wi-Fi was very good. The location is superb. Near a lot of stuff around. Cost is excellent and the service is great! Can’t fault it. Breakfast is enough (cold cuts/cheese/bread/juices/cereal and fruit-eggs on order). Best bang for the money in that neighbourhood.

Good location in SaoPaulo, close to many restaurants. Hotel misses a bar, so you need to go out for a drink, nevertheless I enjoyed my stay. WiFi network needs a big upgrade/update. WiFi was unfortunately not as hoped

Nice Stay

While traveling to São Paulo in July, we stayed at the Matiz Manhattan. Our accommodations were almost perfect. The bed needed additional blankets and were provided quickly. We are not used to not having wash cloths but didn't complain. The front staff was extremely helpful. Along with the room was a very nice breakfast. Would recommend staying here to any and all travelers.

Moderately priced hotel in an excellent location in Sao Paulo. Easy walk to Paulista Ave area/ MASP/ parks, etc as well as terrific restaurants. We felt completely safe in this area. The breakfast was very good as well. The front desk staff were friendly - especially Junior who spoke perfect English and was extremely helpful during our stay.

This hotel would be a 20 out of 10 except, the beds are not comfortable. I hate to have to say that because I loved it so much, but I like to leave an honest review. The beds are very, very firm. Breakfast is also not good, BUT, the fresh eggs made your way make up for it significantly! The staff is very nice. The location was absolutely perfect. We had the family room that slept for it was spacious. It was comfortable. It felt like an Airbnb instead of a hotel. We were extremely happy with our choice. And even though the beds were not that comfortable, I would still probably choose this hotel again. Walkable to great shopping, easy, quick Uber rides to all of the places we wanted to visit, including Batman Alley. And I highly recommend going to Paul’s boutique pizza when you’re there!
