ホテル周辺は、比較的サンパウロの中では治安が良く、ちか地下鉄の駅からも近いので安心して滞在できます。 ホテルの客室は、広く綺麗でした。 また、浴室（シャワー）とトイレの間には、ガラスの扉があるので、トイレが水浸しにはなりにくいと思います（隙間はあります）。

O hotel já foi muito melhor. O quarto que fiquei estava mal cuidado, sem manutenção e com o colchão péssimo. Todo deformado. Pia do banheiro entupida. Luminária do banheiro, porta toalhas e porta papel higiênico pendurados. Lençol dá cama de má qualidade tb. Quase transparente de tão fino.

Vi hade bokat ett nyrenoverat rum (”studio premium”) men blev förvånade över att det ändå var rätt så slitet, mögel i taket i duschen och trasig safe. Dock bra säng och tyst vilket gav en bra natts sömn. Läget var utmärkt och frukosten bra.

Overall, an acceptable hotel, but we missed a coffee machine, or an electric kettle. Also, there were several maintenance issues: the safe was broken, the bathroom door almost fell on me, and the entrance door was creaking.
