Hotel is not what i expected very small hotel bath room just big enough to take shower no amenities next to hotel is construction very loud noise i adked them to change my room two times they were nice to change restaurant is very shabby though breakfast was ok there are better chouces in sao paulo all staff is very friendly but not a good value of money sorry very nice people mean staff.

Esperava uma experiência melhor .

Localização excelente, café da manhã ótimo. Atendimento no café e na recepção muito bons. Pelas características do hotel não esperava por algumas situações desagradáveis. Serviço do estacionamento ruim . Manobrista não permanece no local assim esperei várias vezes por aparecer alguem para liberar o carro . Ao regressar em uma noite no hotel nao havia ninguém nem na recepção nem na garagem. Além disso amassaram o meu carro e ninguém deu uma solução para o problema. Nos dois ultimos dias de hospedagem a água no chuveiro nao esquetava e só explicaram o motivo após perguntar na recepção

Muito bom hotel, mas não tem gerador

O hotel é excelente, mas ficamos sem energia por mais de doze horas e o gerador não atende os apartamentos, apenas o hall e um dos elevadores. Em razão disso, nos mudaram para outro hotel da rede. Em suma, fui muito bem atendido, mas é importante todos saberem que o hotel não tem gerador de energia apto a atender a todos os quartos.
