Great place to stay in a vibrant and safe area of the city, and good value for money. Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff and a delicious breakfast buffet made our stay here very enjoyable. Given the city’s climate, the rooftop pool is a big bonus and a nice place to relax.

O ar condicionado do quarto não gelava. Ao informar à recepção do hotel, após muito leva e traz, me colocaram em um quarto menor do que o quarto que eu havia reservado. Ao argumentar que o quarto não era do mesmo padrão do que o reservado, a recepção me passou novamente um quarto menor e de padrão inferior do que o reservado. Apenas após uma extensa argumentação, da pessoa da recepção ser rude comigo, e eu ser obrigado mencionar os direitos do consumidor e a polícia, que recepcionista me deu as chaves de outro quarto dentro dos padrões que eu reservei. Mesmo assim o ar condicionado não estava resfriando adequadamente o quarto. Mas a esse ponto já era tarde e eu estava exausto, acabei permanecendo lá mesmo. Já me hospedei anteriormente na rede de hotéis Intercity, e essa foi definitivamente a pior experiência.
