They are making repairs on parts of the building, and some of the rooms are disturbingly noisy. The buffet was a C. 6us Is fair for overnight parking. Cleaning staff very noisy opening and closing the doors doors in the morning.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, as I understand the hospitality business is hard. However, I had multiple issues checking in, and despite being an international hotel, all but one of the front-area staff spoke English, so it was very hard to resolve things. I understand Brazil's Portuguese is the primary language, but usually, staff at hotels in business areas are usually hired with ability to speak a moderate level of English. The rooms are very dated and could use a refresher.

Caro para o que oferece!!!

O quarto era minúsculo (mal cabia uma cama de casal)… Janela com vedação ruim! Parecia ter mais sol dentro do quarto do que fora! Podiam PELO MENOS fecha o buraco do ar condicionado antigo! Só tinha um tampão de madeira. Café da manhã fraca.

Esperava mais pela diária paga. O quarto é espaçoso porém não havia lugar para colocar a mala, tive que deixa-la no chão. O box do chuveiro tinha cheiro forte de alvejante. O colchão não é dos mais confortáveis e o travesseiro achei péssimo, não consegui dormir direito. Mas o pior de tudo foi o barulho incessante no ar-condicionado!

Hotel precisa de um Retrofit

O hotel está em péssimo estado de conservação. O quarto é velho, com móveis ultrapassados e aparência de abandono. O banheiro tem mofo visível, o que é inadmissível em qualquer hospedagem. O ar-condicionado é antigo, barulhento e praticamente não funciona. Existe uma luz que não apaga, atrapalhando totalmente o descanso. A TV está instalada longe demais da cama, mostrando a falta de cuidado com a experiência do hóspede. No geral, a estrutura é precária, desconfortável e não condiz com o valor cobrado. Não recomendo a ninguém. Semente o atendimento da equipe sempre muito simpático e cordial.

Tudo muito bom, entretanto o quarto e banheiro superaram nossas expectativas; são excelentes!! Café da manhã honesto; só uma observação: faltou o café expresso no café da manhã. Tinha o coado, mas preferimos o expresso. Acredito q a máquina estava em manutenção. Mas isso não interferiu na nossa avaliação como EXCELENTE hotel.

Precisa melhorar!

O atendimento no hotel foi excelente, funcionários prestativos e educados. Porém, apesar do lobby e restaurante bonitos, os elevadores estão lentos e a estrutura do quarto em si nos deu a impressão de falta de manutenção. Percebemos o cabide de toalhas solto, e nosso quarto tinha uma goteira. Os travesseiros são muito moles e baixos. A limpeza no banheiro também precisa melhorar. O café da manhã foi competente, mas sem grande variedade. O café em si estava ótimo, mas metade do tempo em que estive no restaurante, ele esteve indisponível.

O atendimento da equipe foi ótimo, no restaurante, na recepção e com a equipe de limpeza. Todos sempre educados e solícitos. Sobre a comida, durante a semana o café da manhã estava completamente frio, não foi agradável. No geral, também não tem muitas opções de comida (apesar de gostosas) e as bebidas deixam muito a desejar (os sucos são refrescos prontos e sem identificação, a opção de chá é única, não tem água quente disponível no buffet, o iogurte e os leites também não estavam identificados). Pelo preço que paguei na estadia, esperava que meu quarto não tivesse formigas, que o chuveiro não ficasse pingando o tempo todo e que o colchão e edredom tivessem suas respectivas capas protetoras (e higiênicas!). A infraestrutura pecou. Não pretendo me hospedar novamente aqui, apesar da ótima localização na zona sul. Na próxima vez, procurarei outra opção na região.

Na escolha da reserva , levei em conta que o serviço de quarto seria de 24hs, mas o horário é limitado às 22:30 como os demais hotéis. Haviam hotéis mais em conta com as mesmas características. Outra coisa que precisa melhorar é o chuveiro, enferrujado. Quanto ao atendimento dos funcionários, excelente.

Péssimo para nunca mais voltar

Já me hospedei na rede Intercity onde sempre saí satisfeito , porém não tive uma boa experiência neste hotel , o único ponto positivo para mim foi a localização para o propósito da viagem , todo o resto não foi nada bom. Atendimento ruim, quarto desatualizado, café da manhã básico e atendimento confuso, chuveiro com pouca água, uma Tv pequena para a distância das camas e além disso paguei o quarto para 3 pessoas , um valor muito alto por sinal, porém no quarto só cabiam 2 pessoas e não havia nada que o hotel poderia fazer e queriam me convencer que isso era normal ( uma criança de até 7 anos dorme com o pai ou com a mãe numa cama de solteiro). Foi uma experiência para se esquecer , nunca mais vou neste rede !!
