Quarto bem sujo. Pareciam vários bichinhos mortos no teto do banheiro, mofo na parede do quarto perto da mesa de apoio e para nossa tristeza, tinha cabelo no box e na pia. Não fosse o bastante, pedimos se taça no quarto e disseram que não tinham como emprestar e nem levar toalha a mais no quarto. A toalha apenas se buscássemos na recepção.

Assunto: Reclamação formal – Falha grave de segura

Gostaria de registrar formalmente uma reclamação extremamente grave em relação à nossa estadia neste último final de semana em seu hotel. Já realizamos três tentativas de comunicação com a equipe local relatando o ocorrido, mas até o momento não recebemos qualquer retorno, explicação ou posicionamento oficial por parte da administração, o que torna a situação ainda mais inaceitável. Durante a hospedagem, um homem — identificado como outro hóspede — conseguiu abrir a porta do quarto onde estavam meu filho e a avó, utilizando um cartão codificado fornecido pelo próprio hotel. Por sorte, a trava de segurança interna (corrente) estava acionada, o que impediu o acesso total ao quarto. O hóspede, ao perceber que o quarto já estava ocupado, se desculpou e se retirou. No entanto, isso só aconteceu porque o hotel entregou a chave de um quarto já ocupado a um desconhecido, expondo nossos familiares a uma situação de total vulnerabilidade. Diante do ocorrido, e da falta absoluta de atenção e suporte da equipe do hotel, decidimos não permitir que nosso filho dormisse mais naquele quarto. Por precaução e responsabilidade, fomos obrigados a buscar uma nova hospedagem para a noite de sábado, gerando custos adicionais, desconforto e total quebra da expectativa de segurança que se espera de qualquer hotel. É inaceitável que um estabelecimento hoteleiro cometa uma falha tão grave de segurança, seguida de total negligência na condução do problema.
