I think it's a good hotel in general, but they should improve cleanliness of the shower. Breakfast was good, dinner was not so good. I asked for grilled chicken and it was too small and the waiting time was too long. I complained about the chicken after I ate. The waiter told me that they could prepare something else for me and that I should have told her at the moment. She was really nice, but I didn't accept because I didn't want to wait so long. The hotel staff is very nice in general.

The property is across the street to a large shopping mall. The beds were horrible. It was 2 boxsprings with a pillow top placed on top. The pillow top kept sliding off to one side of the bed. When they came in to "clean the room" on two of the three occasions they didn't change our sheets and only put clean towels and toilet paper in the bathroom without cleaning it. Maintenance had to be called to request the tv be unscrewed from the wall so we could connect an HDMI cable to watch movies becauae they had limited channels available. The breakfast was only available to those who paid extra money at booking and the food was cold everyday.

カートをしたかったので、インテルラゴスのカート場に近めのこのホテルにしました。 ホテルの窓からもサーキットが少し見えました。 ショッピングモールと隣接してるので、食事にも買い物にもとっても助かりました。 事前にリオの店で注文したものを滞在時に受け取ることも了承してくれましたが、それがお店の手違いでホテル滞在中に届かないというハプニングがありました。 それでも、不在中に受け取って預かってくれて、帰国前に受け取ることができました。 便利で快適、スタッフも優しく親切で、とってもおすすめ出来ます。

Não foi informado que o estacionamento era terceirizado com um custo adicional a estadia. Tentaram abrir o quarto ao lado logo na manhã seguinte para fazer " verificação de chave" um total descaso com o hóspede. Não forneceram sabonetes para os hóspedes na quantidade suficiente para atender a nossa demanda. Ficamos bastante decepcionados com o recebemos, lembrando que a diária não foi barata !
