Bedroom & bathroom were old and dirty. Same as Towels and sheets poor quality. Shuttle service to the hotel worked perfect. However, no body in the reception told us to reserve the trip back to the airport. The fee increased to $13 reales instead of the $10 I received previously. And there was no spots for us (4) to take their shuttle. I had to pay an Uber. The included breakfast was excellent buffet, lots of varieties.

Ibis is safe, you always know what to expect. But the staff was very friendly, and the shower was a bit worn out, with leakages, nothing much, nothing too serious. Overall it was a good value stay.

The staff was amazing but we didn’t have towels in our room and all of sudden a man painting the building from outside appeared hanged scaling the window of our room (such maintenance should be warned and then guest do not have their privacy invaded). Overall, shuttle bus, breakfast and staff were really great.
