The neighborhood is terrible and dangerous, a lot of homeless and junkies and robbers. The rooms are very small, you feel like in a jail room, no shampoo, the TV doesn´t work, wi-fi? forgot it, never works, the staff very rude. You have to pay even for breath. I don´t recommend this hotel. The worst, certified.

Hello please help me with a refund for this. I am unsatisfied with my stay. To begin the app was not letting me reserve and the night was 30$ I had to use my computer and then it charged me 40$. Basically 10$ more expensive just because I was not able to use the app. My app was having issues last night as I was trying to reserve a room. After hours of trying I was able to reserve this place. My room was dirty. My pillows has gum stain and the sheets had stains too on them. I have picture. There was no towels or shampoo to use for my shower. Looking forward for someone to help me with this refund thanks.

Costumamos sempre utilizar os serviços do IBIS, mas nessa estadia que por sinal foi longa e de dois quartos, ficamos surpresos que o serviço de quarto - limpeza não passou no dia 31/12 e nos dias 02 e 03/01 ficando os quartos sujos, sem papel higiênico. Inclusive dia 01/01 não tivemos como tomar banho pois não havia toalha limpa no hotel. Outra coisa que chamou a atenção foi o café da manhã, que sequer tinha uma torradeira disponível e a salada de frutas com apenas duas frutas: abacaxi e melancia. Já nos hospedamos nesse mesmo hotel (São João) em anos anteriores e o serviço caiu significativamente. Em junho/julho estivemos em outra unidade do IBIS também em São Paulo que inclusive estava em reforma e não tivemos nenhum problema.
Mesmo solicitando a limpeza não foi realizada

O barato sai caro neste hotel. Em apenas 2 dias de estadia, os problemas foram: luz do banheiro queimada, ar-condicionado sujo com cheiro de barata, banheiro minúsculo e sem itens básicos como papel higiênico e cobertores. Além disso, não houve arrumação de quarto e tive que ir até a recepção solicitar toalhas no segundo dia. Solicitei manutenção e limpeza, mas não fui atendido. O único ponto positivo foi a pressão e temperatura da água do chuveiro. No entanto, o estacionamento é caro (R$38 por dia) e a localização ao redor é extremamente insegura, cercada por usuários de drogas e moradores de rua. Foi a pior experiência que já tive em estadia. Não recomendo a ninguém!

Na verdade tudo foi muito bom, porém no check in fomos recebidos por um funcionária muito mal educada e grossa, ela chama Andreia, uma moça do cabelo moreno. Eu sabia que estava entrando um pouco mais cedo que o check in, perguntei se poderia, ela me informou que sim, mas que não poderia trocar de quarto. OK sem problemas. MAs ela repetiu 3 vezes como se eu tivesse insistido para troca, sem que nem solicitei. Ao final disse que só teria quarto no 1º andar e mais uma vez falou que não poderia trocar de quarto. Eu mais uma vez falei ok, por que nem no hotel ficaria, apenas para dormir. Viagem foi para uma feira então cheguei tarde e sai bem cedo no sábado. Restante tudo ok.
