Here’s a professional but clearly negative review you could use: Unfortunately, my experience at this property was disappointing. The room was not as clean as expected, and the overall maintenance of the hotel seemed below standard. The staff was very responsive when issues were raised. The breakfast options were limited. The location may work for some travellers, but overall the service and quality did not meet expectations. I hope improvements are made in the future.

As expected, the hotel is super basic ( which is totally fine) and I would stay again. But what isn’t acceptable, is the reception staff attitude. Super unfriendly, slightly rude very unkind. For that reason, I will never comeback to it. It’s way better and cheaper and Ito rent an apartment nearby rather than pay more for people that’s is clearly not happy in what they are doing.

O quarto e muito escuro, uma das lampadas nao funcionava. Achei caro pagar 10 reais para deixar a mala na recepcao somente enquanto eu almocava. Cafe da manha é muito repetitivo e caro pela falta de mais opcoes . A única coisa de que gostei foi a localizacao, embora seja comum ciclistas roubarem celulares de pessoas q circulam na area. Deveria ter mais policiamento.
