Pessimo, eu precisei trocar de quarto duas vezes, pois o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, a recepção fica do outro lado do prédio, perdi pelo menos 1,5 nessas trocas de quarto, depois de um dia cansativo de trabalho! Todas as tomadas são 220v, me deram um transformador que quase queimou meu secador, e após todo o transtorno pedi ao menos uma cortesia de café da manhã e fui negada sem nenhuma tentativa!

Me colocaram em um quarto adaptado para PCD, sem que eu tenha solicitado. Não tinha box de vidro no banheiro, só um rodo pra puxar a água do banho. Pedi pra trocar e trocaram. Precisei antecipar minha saída em 1 dia por motivos pessoais e não consegui estorno de 1 diária e nem voucher para a próxima hospedagem. Decidi ficar no Ramada na próxima viagem para Osasco.
