What an amazing hotel. Great staff, good location, and amazing pool/restaurant. Would def recommend to stay here if you’re in São Paulo. The architecture of the hotel is amazing (like the rest of SP). Service excellent, sustainability needs work.

I love this hotel and the concept of it. The staff is friendly and the service is amazing. The plastic bottles everywhere are not really indicative of sustainability. It would be nice to put a glass bottle in each room and water stations on each floor.
