Modern, quirky building… our room was super comfy and stylish. The gentleman that checked us in was lovely and we are very grateful for the help with getting us a reservation at the restaurant we wanted to try. The surrounding area felt safe but there’s almost nothing you can walk to (but that’s São Paulo in general). Not much vibe in the bar area but good drinks selection.

What an amazing hotel. Great staff, good location, and amazing pool/restaurant. Would def recommend to stay here if you’re in São Paulo. The architecture of the hotel is amazing (like the rest of SP). The staff was very very friendly, and kept in touch with me all the time when I needed help with restaurant recommendations, or tours, or anything.

The name is true! The unusual architecture and artistic features makes this hotel very special and completely unique. We loved the friendly staff and rooftop restaurant. Location next to the park was perfect and it was within walking distance to the congress we were in town for. Great experience!

My stays at Hotel Unique in São Paulo have been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I booked months before my trip for the Grand Prix, the concierge team went above and beyond, personalizing every aspect of my visit. Even a year ago, during my previous stay, the level of opulence and service was similarly unmatched. Arriving early before check-in, I was immediately taken care of, with the staff ensuring my comfort until my room was ready. They meticulously handled everything, from scheduling my spa appointments to arranging museum tickets and seamless car service. Every encounter with the hotel team was a reminder of their commitment to impeccable service—whether it was the flawless room cleaning, the attention to detail in room service, or the thoughtful gestures like greeting me in the lobby with offerings of water, coffee, or champagne. Hotel Unique itself is a masterpiece, blending art and architecture in a way that feels like an installation you get to live in. Every visit leaves me in awe, and I truly fear no other hotel could match this level of excellence. I didn’t like when i had to leave because i know how much I’m going to miss it 😩😢😭

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I was looking forward to a relaxing stay due to an overnight flight connection. I was greeted with a glass of champagne and a warm welcome. I had a reservation at the rooftop restaurant upon my arrival. I was exhausted and wanted a quick gourmet meal. I stated to the server I was looking to return to my room quickly. My main course took an entire hour to be served. The server never placed the order. The meal was delicious so I chose not to complain. Upon my arrival to my room I found the dinning room chair pulled and a meal served on the table. I was startled. I looked at the meal and it was half eaten. I immediately called downstairs inquiring if somebody was in my room consuming a meal. I was told 1/2 hr later it was a mistake from the kitchen. Once again I let it go. I then wake up early to make certain I eat breakfast at 7am so I can make my connecting international flight. I attempt to use my elevator key. I am unable to press the rooftop. I then ask an employee to let me up to the rooftop. He is unable to press the rooftop. He asks for help. The other employee is unable to press the rooftop. We are then told we should walk up the stairs. The stairs are locked. Finally 1/2 hr later I am let up to the rooftop. Leaving me 10 minutes to eat breakfast. In other words, the beautiful architecture and room design were overshadowed by these horrible experiences. Very disappointing.

the hotel is iconic. Best part about the hotel is the rooftop bar with a view and the ability to smoke cigars. The rooms are extremely small, horrible design. The service was impeccable and very well thought out

O hotel é bom mas pelo valor da diária não entregou o básico. Canal de TV aberta não funcionava . Fiz a reclamação com a equipe noturna da da recepção. Falaram q era geral mas q resolveria . Netflix, globoplay e etc tb não tem no quarto. Deram a opção de fazer o espelhamento pelo celular, mas até eles tiveram dificuldade para fazer o processo. No outro dia ninguém se preocupou em dar uma satisfação. Tive q enviar msg com as mesmas queixas no domingo a tarde.. Aí me deram um quarto melhor com funcionamento normal. Mas demoraram pra resolver a situação. Mha diária terminava na segunda. Café da manhã é ok. Pouca opção! Acho um absurdo colocarem itens no café para pagar a parte. É melhor não colocar. Funcionários maravilhosos do restaurante. Wagner é show! As diárias todas foram pagas com café. No primeiro dia queriam q assinasse o valor do café. Tive q pedir e esperar conferir. Falta de comunicação! Arrumação do quarto excelente!
