Great hotel. Very clean, good breakfast. The hotel staff were helpful. The room has air conditioner, tv, safe box. The location ia great. The hotel is next to the main avenue. There's a small shop nearby. Many shipping malls around. Metro is close as well

I arrived in São Paulo early. I was given an early checkin which was super nice of the receptionist since it was a long commute from airport to hotel. The hotel was ideally situated to Avenida Paulista and Paulista metro. It is near several supermarkets and restaurants. There is a mall close by as well called Shopping Frei Caneca. The breakfast is good. I will definitely book this hotel if I go back to São Paulo. ( travelled Sept 03-07, 2024)

O Hotel está excelente pelo que é oferecido. Os funcionários são educados, gentis e colaborativos. Fiquei satisfeito com os colaboradores internos. Já o hotel oferece o que promete e cumpre à risca. O ponto negativo foi que tentei por diversas vezes falar com a Expedia sem sucesso. Confesso que fiquei decepcionado com isso pois escolho sempre essa operadora. O fracasso do contato aconteceu em um feriado do dia 22/04/25. O resto fiquei satisfeito!

Não tive boa experiência. Fiquei no quarto 405. A noite inteira acontecia um barulho como se fosse água do ar condicionado de cima pingando em alguma estrutura de metal. Isso aconteceu dezenas de vezes e em todas eu acordei. Na primeira noite eu não percebi que era isso, apenas pensei que havia dormido mal. Somente na segunda noite foi que percebi que se tratava de algo estrutural. Apesar da localização estratégica, não arriscaria de novo, principalmente porque meu motivo sempre é para estudo e trabalho. Infelizmente não foi uma experiência satisfatória.
