Hotel mais do que especial....na chegada, o Alcebiades ja vem pegar a mala com o maior sorriso do mundo e mostra todo o hotel....Murilo super prestativo pra resolver qualquer problema que vc tenha....comida, ótima, o chefe e o confeiteiro estão de parabéns - muitas e boas opções!! Tudo muito limpo e organizado, tem atividades o dia inteiro. Somado a isso tudo, a vista é linda e vc dorme ao som de passarinhos e acorda com os galos! Fui com meu pet e o pessoal do hotel muito atencioso e prestativo...obrigada tb ao Francisco, à Bete e toda equipe do restaurante!! Espero voltar em breve...

Excelente opção muito perto de sp. Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Piscinas excelentes sendo que uma delas é cobert e aquecida. Staff simpático e monitores de recreação bem bacana.

Feriado bom!

Hotel incrivel... minha viagem foi de casal.. e meu quarto nao tinha cama de cadal e sim 2 camas de solteiro, que resolveram juntar, entao ficou aquele vao no meio da cama... pelo preço isso é inadmissivel... As piscinas sao otimas, porem só tem 1 climatizada, as outras sao frias, parecem ate agua de cachoeira. A principal que é de borda infinita é geladissima, quase ningurm entra, parece que é de enfeite. Em relacao a alimentacao, é bem top, tudo fresco, mas quando se pede uma bebida no bar, é necessario paciencia e esperar por no minino 30 min.. 1h... fora isso.. perfeito!

Vale super a pena!!

Lugar agradevel, perto de SP, piscina e jacuzzi com agua quente. Pena que a piscina principal não é aquecida. Comida boa (vale a pensão completa) e atividades extras que valeram a pena e deixaram o dia mais especial. Muito bom pra quem tem.filhos tb. Adoramos a estadia!

Superou as expectativas.

A primeira impressão não foi muito boa. Pois, não obtive retorno para sanar algumas dúvidas que tive antes da estadia. Não me retornaram nem através de e-mail, ligações ou whatsapp. Inclusive relatei este problema ao chegar ao hotel. No entanto, quando da estadia, só foi alegria. Acredito que eles estejam se reestruturando por conta da pandemia, então dei um desconto. Os funcionários (todos) sem exceção, são uma simpatia. A comida é ótima. Estão seguindo os protocolos corretamente. Os quartos são espaçosos, confortáveis e limpos. Somente o box é extremamente pequeno. Não sei se são todos os quartos ou somente alguns. O hotel é e-nor-me. Parece um labirinto com passagens secretas. Fica a dica: para o hotel ficar mais charmoso, sugiro mudar as cadeiras e mesas da piscina, que são de plástico. Outra dica valiosíssima: climatiz

Gostamos muito das instalações geral do hotel, que é muito bonito. Tudo funciona mesmo com pouco hóspedes que uma vantagem se comparar com outros hotéis. Os colaboradores do hitel são muito solicitos e educados. Apenas uma observação, que para minha a minha opinião é muito importante. LIMPEZA.

Muito bom !

Foi muito bom ! A única coisa que eu não achei muito legal, foi o almoço ser servido na piscina. Eu entendo que era um churrasco, mas existem tipos de saladas (maionese por exemplo) que precisam de um cuidado maior por estar muito calor. E os doces atraem abelhas também, mas é um lugar muito bom !

Hotel amador

Hotel péssimo. Fiz reserva para dois, ao chegar lá me fizeram pagar mais um hóspede. O quarto que me colocaram cheirava mofo. Não tem estacionamento, o carro ficou entre a quadra e abaixo da tirolesa. No jantar não tinha opções de carnes, só strogonof e frango assado. Na manhã do domingo minha chave parou de funcionar. O gerente disse que era bateria, o funcionário que me atendeu disse que eu não sabia usar a chave. No almoço na piscina, a fila do churrasco está acima de 20 minutos. Na saída, a recepcionista queria cobrar novamente um hóspede extra, que sem concordar, eu já havia pago. Péssimo hotel, péssimo atendimento. Não vale o que cobram, com está diária existem infinitas e melhores opções

Comida simples e bem preparada, durante a semana não tem o chá da tarde e o serviço de bar. Staff prestativo, mas necessitam de mais rapidez no serviço, o serviço de quarto não foi feito. Boa seleção de bebidas e preço justo. Gostei do fato de hidro ou sauna não estarem ligados todo o tempo durante a semana, mas rapidamente serem preparados caso o hóspede deseje utilizar.

Passeio de fim de semana!

O hotel é muito lindo e com várias opções de lazer para adultos e crianças. A vista é maravilhosa e tem um bar na piscina de borda infinita, nos divertimos muito. Recomendo!
